Job Summary

• As a Treasury Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our organization, ensuring effective cash flow management, and contributing to the overall financial health and stability of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide reporting on daily cash position, cash flow forecasting, ensuring optimal liquidity for operational needs and overseeing accounts receivable & accounts payable process.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks related to market fluctuations, interest rates, and currency exchange and develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the financial interests of the company.
• Develop and execute investment strategies to maximize returns while maintaining an appropriate level of risk and develop and implement strategies for surplus cash management, including investment activities that prioritize security and yield optimization.
• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data integrity.
• Partner closely with Engineering leadership, project managers, and other finance team members to provide financial guidance and support operational activities and build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and investors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Minimum ICAN and any other professional qualification e.g. ACCA, CIMA would be welcome.
• 8+ years of experience in treasury in an engineering or manufacturing company preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar treasury role within the Engineering and/or oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and investment principles.

• The Head of Contract and Tender Management will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end contract and tender processes.
• This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's contract portfolio, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and driving efficiency in the tendering process.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of contract management principles.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Management:

• Develop and implement robust contract management processes to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Negotiate, review, and draft contracts, and collaborate with legal and other relevant departments to mitigate risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Tender Management:

• Lead the tender process from identification to submission, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
• Analyze tender requirements, assess risks, and develop winning strategies to secure contracts.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of contract and tender professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide guidance and support in complex contract negotiations and dispute resolution.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and enhance contract and tender management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices and technology solutions to streamline workflows.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes affecting contracts and tenders.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the organization's interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in [relevant field]; Master’s Degree or professional certification in Contract Management is a plus.
