    Treasurer

    Summary

    • A treasurer is responsible for overseeing the company's budget and investments.
    • They also manage and work to minimize financial risk for the company.
    • A treasurer will supervise cash management and support proper expenditure to promote the growth of the business.
    • They may also work with a professional accountant to file taxes and to ensure the accuracy of finances.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle all incoming and outgoing banking transactions on behalf of the company
    • Prepare and submit daily bank reports detailing the company's present financial situation and forecasting the coming quarter
    • Monthly Bank reconciliation (C/A, Loan accounts, LCs)
    • Initiate online payments
    • COT Calculations
    • Handle Bank charges
    • Follow up on Bank transfers and payments.
    • Implement company policies regarding documentation and accounting of receipts and other financial information
    • Prepare monthly and yearly budgets while continually monitoring expenditures
    • Review statements and provide advice on issues pertaining to business finance
    • Seek to maintain a positive professional relationship with partner financial intuitions
    • Meet with the finance and accounting departments and assist in developing financial strategies quarterly and yearly
    • Make informed decisions on behalf of the company involving investments and stock
    • Plan and ensure adherence to the pre-determined financial budget for the year.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
    • 5 Years working experience in related industry (i.e Banking, Manufacturing, Generator, Automobile, Lightings)
    • Demonstrated experience as treasurer or in a relevant financial management position
    • Detailed knowledge of financial legislation and practices
    • Knowledge of monetary markets, business investment management and financing strategies
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and financial management software including Oracle and others
    • Accuracy when computing and managing numbers
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented and ability to envision all aspects of business finances from large scale to minute
    • Proven leadership and decision-making abilities in a business setting.

    AutoCAD Design Engineer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for competent and committed professionals of high integrity to join our winning team. We are looking to hire a competent and experienced AutoCAD Design Engineer.

    Responsibilities

    • Research and review project requirements and design information to determine if it is sufficient to complete the design while ensuring that the design concept can be met.
    • Coordinate with other Vendors, Project Managers and Engineers to establish essential functions and deadlines necessary to finish specific AutoCAD designs.
    • Delivering design drawings using AutoCAD and understand the documentation of various projects such as classification, labelling and visibility to the Project Department.
    • Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and final installation.
    • Produce and deliver on time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary with respect to priorities.
    • Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients.

    Education / Certifications

    • Minimum of a University Degree in B.Arch / B.Eng / B.Tech Degree or Degree in a relevant field, e.g Design or Architecture from a reputable institution.

    Experience:

    • 3 years of Drafting Experience in Telecommunications Industry Preferred.
    • Experienced AutoCAD user, to a high standard.
    • Previous experience as an AutoCAD Design Engineer in Telecommunication Industry.

    • Understanding of Telecommunication Site build design and mechanical processes.
    • A key eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.

    Technical Project Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for competent and committed professionals of high integrity to join our winning team. Responsible for managing, planning and implementation of projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing planning and implementation of big multiple complex, turnkey telecom infrastructure project within time and quality
    • Working with the network planning unit in developing, implementing and overseeing roll-out programmes for the Project Department
    • Coordinating, controlling and analyzing the cost-benefit of potential and actual site coverage and implementing agreed action plans.
    • Periodically advising and recommending improvements on sites for coverage and capacity growth of the Company's network.
    • Collating all data within specified area and analyzing for management reporting purposes.
    • Interfacing and managing various Subcontractors on Roll-Out Sites' construction and operations.
    • Resolving community-related issues which may affect Rollout-out programme
    • Managing cross functional project and program delivery teams and third party suppliers and contractors.
    • Managing program, project issues, risks and providing comprehensive progress reports.
    • Coordinate and manage tasks between the SAQ team, Design team, document and control regional project managers during property acquisition stage.
    • Assessment and analysis of sub-contractors deliveries for project qualifications and performance

    Education/Certifications:

    • Minimum of First Degree in Engineering/Surveying/Building/Estate Management or any other related field from a reputable institution.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing telecoms passive and active projects within collocation and rural telephony projects.
    • Must have formal project management qualifications PRINCE 2, APM, MSP
    • Must have formal project management qualifications PRINCE 2 or PMP with human resources planning, negotiation skills, time management, Vendor Management skills etc. with good information technology skills.
