    Reservoir Engineer

    Job Description

    • Provision of reservoir engineering (monitoring) support to the fields 

    • Implement independently basic reservoir engineering techniques in the frame to the Job Holder task (e.g., well test interpretation, log interpretation, thermodynamics.) 

    • Analyse the dynamic behaviour of the reservoirs through the reservoir monitoring results 

    • Participate in and Conduct reserves assessments/evaluations, production profiles and their related uncertainties for different development scenarios 

    • Define reservoir data acquisitions (well tests, logs, fluids, cores), required to characterise and predict reservoir behaviour 

    • Conduct static and (above all) dynamic data interpretation and comprehensive synthesis

    • Performs analysis of field and well production behaviour incorporating G&G understanding of the field to define the reservoir management strategy and to propose production-optimising operations. Prepares Well Intervention Requests 

    • Contribute to the reservoir aspects of further development (including infill wells, work over) 

    • Serve as on-site witness to relevant operations such as PLT’s, perforations, Cased hole saturation logging, Well Testing, PVT sampling and production chemistry on both rig less units and drilling rigs.

    Wellsite Geologist

    Job Description

    • The incumbent will support the Senior Wellsite Geologist by performing all assigned tasks in relation to (but not limited to): 

    • Planning and supervision of geological operations in the course of drilling 

    • Adherence to safety protocols, Company Rules (CR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and trainings related to the role. Ensuring service company personnel being supervised are equally HSE compliant in training and service delivery. 

    • Reviewing quality, accuracy and unambiguity of geoscience data acquired at the Wellsite and associated reporting (Shows / Cuttings descriptions, well composite logs and Final Well reports, Post-Mortems, REX etc.). 

    • Ensuring timely dispatch of Wellsite reports (e.g., Daily Geological Reports) and geoscience data to Town. 

    • Anticipation, correlation and reporting of Well and geological events (Faults, reservoir tops, OVP zones etc.). 

    • Contribution to improvement of data acquisition Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and best practices. 

    • Supervision of Mud Logging crew to ensure Cutting’s descriptions and Shows identification/descriptions are consistent with best practices, that Sensors/equipment are functional, and that real-time data is reliable. 

    • Ensuring Well samples: Cuttings, fluid, Cores etc. are handled, packaged, stored, and shipped as per SOP. 

    • QA/QC of LWD real-time and memory data including witnessing and coordinating of pressure testing and sampling operations. 

    • Actively witnessing Electrical logging operations (surface testing of tools, rig-up and data acquisition etc.). Ensuring SOP and Company Rules compliance with while flagging and communicating program changes to the Senor Wellsite Geologist. 

    • Promoting proper communication between the Mud Loggers / M-LWD / Wireline crew and the Drilling crew. 

    • Onboarding and auditing service contractors and equipment to vet compliance with scheduled operations requirements. 

    • Geo-stop (coring points, phase TD) identification and clarification in collaboration with the Senior Wellsite Geologist. 

    • Performing quick-look data interpretation at the Rig site in collaboration with the Senior Wellsite Geologist. 

    • Supporting the Senior Wellsite Geologist and Operations Geologist in various tasks during periods of no drilling activity. 

    • Performing Contractor Rig-site service quality delivery reviews (e.g., HSE behavior, Timing, failures, and NPT etc.). 

    • Monitoring / recommending cost saving initiatives for implementation in operations without compromising safety or data quality.

    Marine Superintendent

    Job Description

    • Marine Support and Quality Assurance Activities: 

    • Provides expertise in the specialist field of marine engineering and operations to support the Affiliates marine activities as required by directives EP19, DGEP General Policy for Marine Operations, CR LSO 200 and Marine Operations Standards. 

    • Development and coordination of quality assurance programmes for watercrafts and associated services employed to support the Affiliates E & P activities. Coordinates and partakes in all marine audits, including MODU’s, DSV’s, other specialist vessels, and Contractors’ Management systems, 

    • Organizes fleet quality assurance activities of Offshore/Onne Marine Superintendents with respect to vessels in service for the Affiliate. 

    • Provides Marine Engineering/Operational support to Drilling, Projects, and other clients regarding operations. This includes monitoring of “third party” operations where Company assets are involved (for example pipeline crossings, Rig Moves near pipelines, DSV, Diving, etc.). 

    • Manages and supervises ad-hoc offshore marine operations (e.g., unplanned st-by mooring or meteocean buoy replacements/relocations, floating export hose interventions, Rig and barge moves etc.), in liaison with Line Management and Client Departments as necessary. 

    • Contributes to the development and revision of marine procedures in compliance with the Company CMS

    • Contract Administration and Management Activities: 

    • The position is responsible to the Marine Manager with respect to providing Marine inputs, in line with Company requirements, for all stages in the lifecycle of Call for Tender’s (CFT’s) related to Marine Services, namely, definition and justification of the needs, drafting of contract strategies, developing of technical exhibits for ITT publication, preparing of technical evaluation criteria, performing technical evaluations, performing pre-award site visits and acceptance tests etc. 

    • Acts as the custodian of the technical evaluation stage for all marine related call for tenders. This includes performing evaluations, preparation/responding to technical clarifications requests and preparation of Technical Tender bulletins as required, during CFT’s. 

    • Provides Company Marine representation during partners and regulators engagement e.g., NAPIMS, NIMASA, NCDMB etc. 

    • Coordinates Contractor service quality meetings (SQM’s) and Marine Contractors forums 

    • Performs oversight function on all Affiliates chartered vessels to ensure full compliance with contractual provisions Diving Activities (Affiliate Diving Contact Person 

    • Ensure that diving operations are carried out safely and in accordance with applicable regulations, codes and standards. 

    • Organization and preparation of audit, selection and prequalification of diving contractors in accordance with Company rule, CR EP LSO 400 

    • Participant in diving incident investigation, emergency preparedness and evacuation, and proposing of corrective actions. 

    • Participates in the selection of the Company Diving Rep. on board the diving support vessel, involvement in the contractual processes and provides direct supervision of the contracted personnel 

    • The principal point of liaison with the CDR on site for all diving related matters. 

    • Centralizes and reviews the affiliate’s diving derogation requests to CR EP LSO 400 and GS EP LSO 410 before passing them to the DGEP Underwater Operations Specialists for instruction.

    Candidate profile

    • Qualifications: STCW 95 Class 1 (Engine or Deck) Certificate of Competence.

    Job Description

    •  The Piping Engineer position is an integral part of the in-house engineering team providing supports to all TUCN existing assets to safeguard the assets technical integrity and sustain production.
    • This position supports the engineering aspects of major interventions and modification works in terms of piping, valves and vessels discipline.
    • Provision of discipline knowledge and experience to the ECP engineering team
    • Carry out preliminary, basic, and detailed piping engineering studies and produce associated deliverables, e.g., MTOs, valve datasheets, isometrics, piping plans, etc.

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • Preparation of monthly cabotage reports with supporting documents for interface with NIMASA.
    • Monitoring/analyzing of GL 445909 (NG01) and making corrections were necessary to maintain zero balance.
    • Extracting NCD values from GL 445911 and booking them for payment to NCDMB, after appropriate approvals, according to contractual agreements, and in line with monthly closure processes.

    Economic studies 

    • Carry out economic studies for development projects, exploration wells and new business deals, project sanction dossiers 
    • Carry out economic studies for non-routine/transverse business activities

    Job Description

    • The job holder manages the compliance to Company Policies and Rules and Local/Applicable International Laws and Regulations to ensure integrity of the contractual process from end to end: 

    • Verifies that Company’s Contractual Policies and Applicable Laws and Regulations are adhered to for the purposes of Ethical and Transparent transactions.

    Carry out and deliver process engineering studies to support daily production activities and short to longer term construction investment projects, with the aim of enhancing production efficiency and safety of the production process and associated plant and equipment, within the context of an optimized cost environment.

    • Provide engineering expertise and technical support to resolve any operations problems and to improve the production and prime production.
    • Share responsibility for the safety and efficiency of plant equipment and processes by responding to Safety Improvement Recommendations, implementing adequate equipment monitoring, recommending timely PM’s and developing and maintaining safe operating procedures.
    • Take action as required for safe and efficient handling of projects delegated by the Production management team. Such actions include investigation, consultation, completion of Management of Change requirements, developing operating procedures and implementation.
    • Originate ideas and support programs directed toward improving export quality, unit safety and the environmental performance of the unit.

    Context and environment

    • Provide process assistance to Site Operations
    • Carry-out process technical studies.
    • Conduct de-bottlenecking studies and recommend solutions to optimise existing installations
    • Recommend programmes of work for modifications and optimisation of the facilities and / or equipment and prepare the corresponding Scope of Requirement (study modification requests, scope of work, etc).
    • Control that Process files issued by engineering sections are in agreement with company rules and with international standards
    • Lead / Participate in technical reviews (HAZOP, PTR, Safety reviews) and consolidate opinions
    • Take the role of FO SMR Leader on Process / Operations related SMRs
    • Contribute to the evolution of tools and work methods
    • Prepare and update guidelines for the optimisation of production operations and verify their proper implementation on site
    • Contribute to guaranteeing the respect of deadlines and costs in the process studies and SMRs under one’s responsibility
    • Perform periodical process facilities’ assessment to identify gaps between on-site situation and As-built documentations
    • Ensure Process documentation updates (P&IDs, ESD logic diagrams, etc.) and their availability via PRODOM.
    • Provide relevant process documentations to other disciplines – Maintenance, Well Performance, Development Planning, etc.
    • Provide process sizing details for new equipment / instrument acquisition
    • Provide field operation - process to Projects
    • Perform process simulations using the available Process tools; PROII, process sizing tools, etc.
    • Interface closely with Tier 1 (Smart Room) other disciplines and entities (Maintenance, Well Performance, GSR, ECP etc) to access required input for studies

    Candidate profile

    We are looking for young professionals who are motivated and passionate , with excellent academic achievement. Interested applicants should have

    • B.Eng in Chemical Engineering  or Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent)
    • 0-3 years experience in Oil Field Operations
    • Fluent in English
    • Team player, stable, thoughtful, responsible, good communication and good interpersonal skills, intransigent in HSE with a clear potential to learn,
    • Excellent analytical skills
