    Telesales Analyst

    Description

    We are looking to hire a reliable and diligent Tele Sale Analyst who will be responsible engaging with prospects at the top-of-the-funnel, with the intention to invite them for Champions screening session.

    What You Will Do:

    • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
    • Answer questions about products or the company.
    • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
    • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
    • Enter and update customer information in the database.
    • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
    • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
    • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
    • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

    • Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
    • Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
    • Communicate the parts to be replaced to the champion, by completing the Parts purchase form.
    • Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft.
    • Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
    • Create and fill out a job card for any vehicle that is brought for preventive maintenance to any MAX location
    • Administer champions satisfaction survey.
    • Issue the vehicle exit authorization.

    Requirements

    • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
    • Excellent understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices.
    • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
    • Good understanding of fleet management.
    • Critical and Analytical thinking.

    We are looking to hire a reliable and diligent Cashier Officer who will be responsible for processing cash, debit and credit transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system within the office environment. Their duties include balancing the cash register, making change, recording purchases, processing returns and at the close of the day balance with the Accountant.

    Driver Welfare Analyst

    Description

    We are looking to hire an experienced Driver Welfare Analyst who will creatively oversee all aspects of our Champions welfare, monitor and attend to the request of our Champions

    You will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. You will have strong analytical mind and outstanding presentation skills. You will be highly analytical, a self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.

    What You will do:

    • Track Champion daily attendance and follow up on absent champions
    • Monitor turnover and retention rates amongst Champions
    • Appropriately attend to the requests of the Champions and follow through
    • Track and respond to all champions personal events e.g. leave, birthdays, deaths, accidents, etc.
    • Research and suggest Champions insurance options and HMO plans.
    • Follow through on Champions emergency issues e.g. Accidents, harassments, Law enforcement issues, etc. and escalate if necessary
    • Collection of fees for HMO, Group Life and Accident, and other forms of insurance enforced
    • Conduct exit interviews for champions, collate feedback and provide recommendations
    • Collect and collate information from champions and provide feedback to supervisor on issues that can be resolved.
    • Conduct champion surveys and analyze the data as well continuously determine new ways to increase and ensure retention.
    • Implement recognition and appreciation programs across the organization
    • Encourage champion networks and committes to foster a community
