    Telemarketing Sales Lead (Generation Specialist)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through telemarketing efforts and moving them through the sales pipeline.
    • This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite, Sophos, Zoho, Azure, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new leads and qualify them for the sales pipeline.
    • Identify and assess the needs of potential clients to determine their potential for conversion.
    • Move leads through the sales pipeline by setting up meetings, providing product information, and addressing any questions or concerns.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
    • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and sales.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in telemarketing and sales lead generation, preferably within the IT industry.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, Sophos, Zoho, Azure, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management software(Sales Navigator etc). Experience with web scraping tools.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in a similar role within the IT Industry.
    • Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.

    Sales Intern

    Job Function And Responsibilities

    • Assist the sales team with routine sales tasks like order processing, quote preparation, and responding to customers inquiry.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
    • Assist with lead generation activities, such as prospecting, qualifying leads, and data entry.

    Sales Executive

    Job function And Responsibilities

    • Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from Microsoft/other cloud solutions through research, referrals, and cold outreach.
    • Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
    • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the team manager.
    • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products/services
    • Analyzing our competitors’ products and solutions/market to determine market success.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft products, services, and licensing options to effectively peach to customers.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals customized to address the unique needs of each client.
    • Meet/Exceed sales target to meet organizational goals and objectives.
    • Work with the team Manager to develop individual KPI to achieve company’s goals and objectives.
    • Establish a relationship with vendors for our hardware.
    • Meet / exceed KPI agreed upon.
    • Contacting potential and existing customers to Upsell and cross-sell.
    • To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided.
    • To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
    • Collaborate with the accounting department to generate invoices, Purchase Order and quotes for customers.
    • Write and pass at least one Microsoft exam monthly.

    Experience / Qualifications

    • HND/B.Sc. in any field
    • 2-3 years proven experience as a sales executive .
    • Experience with selling either Microsoft, zoho, google or amazon is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
