    Technical Officer (Electrical and Mechanical)

    Job Description

    • Perform maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
    • Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems, and conduct repairs when necessary
    • Analyze problems to see how mechanical and electrical devices might help solve the problem
    • Working closely with the team in performing a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks.

    Job Requirements

    • BSc / HND
    • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
    • Experienced in water treatment system
    • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
    • Strong knowledge of diesel generators, ACs, Chillers, and Refrigerators.
    • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
    • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
    • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
    • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
    • Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage
    • Relevant qualification with relevant experience.

    Cook / Kitchen Assistant

    Job Description
    The cook's day-to-day role involves several core functions:

    • Preparation: Assembling and prepping ingredients, and carefully following standardized recipes.
    • Execution: Cooking and assembling menu items efficiently during service, sometimes specializing in certain areas.
    • Sanitation: Maintaining a clean, safe, and sterile work environment according to health and safety regulations.
    • Inventory: Monitoring stock levels, storing food at correct temperatures, and preventing spoilage.
    • Working together with the other cook on duty in the preparation of the staff food and other food preparations that will be required of you.
    • Apportionment of the food to all the staff
    • Preparation of Moi-Moi wrapped in leaf, this skill is a must.
    • Washing of the dishes and pots used inpreparation of the staff food.
    • Ensuring perfect hygiene around the cooking area.

    Requirements

    • National Diploma (ND), SSCE, or a certificate in Catering and Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Food Production or a related field
    • A professional culinary certificate from a recognized catering or hospitality institution is an added advantage.
    • 2 - 3 years of experience as a Cook in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or catering establishment.
    • Experience preparing a variety of local dishes.
    • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.

    Assistant Supermarket Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed sales target
    • Ensure high level of customers' satisfaction through excellent service.
    • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
    • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
    • Directs store operations including retail operations, customer service, managing employees and sales.
    • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
    • Assess local Markets conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

    • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Attention to Details and Numerical Skills.
    • Demonstrable Skills and Technical Competence.
