Job Description:

• The software solution technical lead will oversee the architecture, design, development nd deployment of software. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure technical feasibility, and lead the delivery of high-quality, scalable systems. This role involves mentoring developers, setting technical standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Skills Requirements:

• Expertise in software architecture and design patterns
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices
• Proficiency in any of the popular programming languages and tech stack (Java, Python, Javascript)

Keys Skills & Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or any other technology disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science)
• 4 years practical experience in designing and building software applications development.
• Expertise and hands on experience with web applications and programming languages/technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, APIs etc.
• Hand on experience with phyton, Django, Django rest framework.
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) as it applies to PHP & Phyton.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel framework is essential.
• Knowledge of relational database (Oracle & MySQL) and other database systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Must be knowledgeable in front-end development (UI & UX), cross-browser compatibility and general web functions and standards.
• Functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST and SOAP).
• Knowledge of basic operations of Linux server.
• Experience with GIT, Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless, Java, Spring Boot is an added advantage
• Must know how to use an FTP client such as filezilla, coreftp e.t.c.
• Ability to read and debug a code is very important.
• Strong grasp of security principles and how they apply to software and the web in general.
• Good problem solving and logical thinking skills (ability to transform business requirements into programmable solutions).
• Good Communication skills.
• Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple organizational units (multitenancy).

• An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and talented scrum master to join a dynamic team. As a scrum master, you will be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. You will coordinate and coach our software development team, helping the team continuously make progress on the project by making sure each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions.
• You will guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
• Communicated with main stakeholders
• Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
• Monitor schedule and cost performance
• Identify key KPIs

What do you need to be considered for this role?

• Passionate about Scrum, Kanban , Lean Thinking, Lean Startup , eXtreme Programming, SAFe , LeSS, etc.
• 5+years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in a development team
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
• Demonstrated experience with agile practices, patterns and techniques
• Demonstrated experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.
