    Technical Facility Manager

    Location: Mowe, Ogun

    Responsibilities
    Operations & Maintenance:

    • Oversee preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance of all technical assets (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
    • Develop and implement site-specific maintenance plans and schedules.
    • Ensure all equipment and utilities operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
    • Monitor asset performance and initiate improvement initiatives where necessary.

    Technical Leadership & Supervision:

    • Lead and supervise technicians, maintenance staff, and subcontractors.
    • Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
    • Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure compliance with QHSE standards.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical issues on site.
    • Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints and maintain high service quality.
    • Participate in client meetings and present technical updates where necessary.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

    Data Analyst

    Responsibilities
    Business Performance Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyse operational and financial data across estates, client sites, and service contracts. •
    • Prepare regular performance dashboards and reports, highlighting trends, variances, and insights.
    • Identify underperforming areas and recommend improvement strategies.

    Data Collection & Reporting:

    • Develop and manage tools for collecting data from various departments
    • Generate timely, accurate, and detailed reports on KPIs including revenue, cost per site, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
    • Assist in preparing board and management reports with key metrics and strategic updates

    Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency:

    • Map, evaluate, and analyse current business processes across FM operations
    • Recommend automation opportunities or process re-engineering to improve workflow, reduce waste, and increase efficiency
    • Work with relevant departments to implement improvements and track progress.

    Budgeting & Forecasting Support:

    • Collaborate with finance to develop and monitor budget performance.
    • Assist in forecasting income, expenses, and service costs based on trends and contract data.
    • Track budget adherence and flag critical deviations.

    Strategic Planning & Project Support:

    • Provide analytical support for business development initiatives and new service models.
    • Support feasibility studies, market research, and competitive benchmarking for new projects or expansions.
    • Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate ROI on initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years experience.

    Procurement Intern (NYSC)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a smart, analytical, and highly motivated Procurement Intern to support the Procurement team. The ideal candidate must be analytical and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for goods and services.
    • Prepare and review purchase requests, quotations, and purchase orders.
    • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and documentation.
    • Support the team in vendor performance assessment and cost-saving initiatives.
    • Perform any other procurement-related tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Smart, proactive, and able to learn quickly.
    • Good communication and documentation skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with data.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
    • Currently undergoing NYSC.
