    Technical Facility Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Handling the daily operations and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
    • Conducting regular inspections to ensure the facility is in optimal condition, and addressing any maintenance issues that may arise in a timely manner.
    • Preventing breakdown of facility and ensuring optimal utilization of the facility.
    • Implementing and enforcing high level maintenance and health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a secure environment for residents.
    • Handling budgeting and cost control: developing and managing the budget for facility operations, maintenance, and capital projects.
    • Developing and implementing emergency response plans to address potential crises, ensuring the safety of all residents.
    • Handling other responsibilities typical of Technical Facility Manager.

    Job Requirements:

    • HND / B.Sc. in one of Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is essential but individuals with other certificates of proficiency and/or cognate experience are encouraged to apply.
    • Experience in handling the daily operations and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
    • Proven Minimum of 1 year experience in facility management.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors.
    • Must be flexible to work extra hours when require.
    • Must be available for immediate resumption. Individuals who are not available to resume immediately SHOULD NOT apply.

    Maintenance Officer

    Job Requirements:

    • Educational background in a related field including electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance.
    • Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related role.
    • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
    • Proficiency in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance equipment/software.
    • Familiarity with energy-efficient systems or sustainable maintenance practices.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
