    Team Lead, Market and Liquidity Risk Management Professional

    Job Description

    • Develop and Implement Market and Liquidity Risk Frameworks: Create and maintain market and liquidity risk management frameworks, policies, and models.
    • Monitorand Analyze Market and Liquidity Risks: Icientify, measure, monitor, and report market and liquidity risks, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory limits.
    • Conduct Stress Testing and Risk Assessments: Perform regular stress testing and risk assessrnents to evaluate potential impacts on financial stability.
    • Prepare Reports and Ensure Compliance: Prepare internal and regulatory reports. ensuring compliance with risk limits and regulatory requ irements

    Key Skills/Experience:

    • Bachelors degree relevant to the job
    • A minimum of 5 years in the banking industry With a minimum Of 3 years of experience in the Market and Liquidity Risk Management Department.
    • Broad understanding of global financial products, markets & regulations
    • Strong analytical and problern•solving skills professional qualification in ACCA, CFA, FAM or equivalent Will be an advantage.

    Operational Risk Management

    Job Description

    • Develop and manage Operational Risk Framework, policies, and controls
    • Identify, assess, and prioritize operational risks in products, activities, and processes
    • Monitor and report on operational risk. ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Engage With stakeholders, provide risk insights, and ensure effective risk management practices

    Key Skills/Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
    • At least 5 years' experience in a banking environment, with at least 3 years in extensive experience Of operational risk analysis and business continuity management
    • Understanding of the BASEL accords and the regulatory environment as it concerns operational risk management
    • Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and Written; ability to produce concise and effective presentations
    • Certification in risk management is a plus.
