    Job Description

    • An Experienced Early Years Montessori Teacher guides young children through self-directed learning using the Montessori method, fostering independence, creativity, and holistic development in a nurturing classroom environment.
    • An Early Years Montessori Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children aged 2 to 6.
    • Using the Montessori philosophy, the teacher facilitates hands-on activities that promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth. The role emphasizes observation, individualized instruction, and fostering a lifelong love of learning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles.
