System Administrator/IT Support at Concrete Logistics Limited

Location: Alausa, Oregun -Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary:

The System Administrator / IT Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and reliability of the organization\'s IT infrastructure. This includes managing computer systems, networks, servers, software applications, and user accounts; providing technical support to employees; maintaining cybersecurity controls; performing system backups and preventive maintenance; troubleshooting hardware and software issues; managing IT assets and licenses; and supporting the implementation of technology initiatives. 

This role also ensures compliance with IT policies and Industry best practices while minimizing system downtime and safeguarding organizational data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company servers, networks, and workstations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for staff.
• Ensure cybersecurity protocols are in place and updated.
• Manage IT assets, software licenses, and vendor relationships.
• Support IT needs for ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT administration.
• Strong knowledge of networks, hardware, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
