    Subsea Services Leader - Testing and Subsea

    Job Duties

    • Act as the technical and operational authority for the eROCS on the assigned rig;
    • Ensure the eROCS is properly configured, commissioned, and operated in full compliance with company procedures and client requirements;
    • Participate from the project build phase, including eFAT, SIT, and full offshore operations;
    • Work as an integral part of the offshore execution team, closely interfacing with the Subsea Systems Engineer and client representatives;
    • Apply subsea control systems and downhole interface expertise to ensure safe and efficient operations from installation through retrieval activities.

    Qualifications

    • Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Control & Automation, or a related Engineering degree;
    • Minimum of 5 years of offshore subsea experience in a hands-on operational role;
    • Experience with remote operated control systems or similar electro-hydraulic subsea technologies;
    • Familiarity with rig interfaces and integration between subsea equipment, rig systems, and third-party contractors;
    • Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and system schematics;
    • Structured, safety-focused, and capable of performing under pressure in a fast-paced offshore environment;
    • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and client representatives;
    • Experience with XT & Tubing Hanger installation and knowledge of subsea test tree providers, downhole interfaces, and related equipment will be considered an advantage;
    • Advanced English proficiency.

    Subsea Field Engineer, (Entry Role)

    Job Duties

    • Under general supervision, assists in delivery of Testing and Subsea (TSS) product services on location.
    • Trains directly under a Principal or Senior Field Professional (PFP/SFP) to gain knowledge of TSS operations and principles for preparation for development program.
    • Learns Field Operators duties and FPs duties for equipment preparation, calibration and utilization at the wellsite.
    • Assists in the delivery of TSS equipment prior to usage and after operations.
    • Assists in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis.
    • Performs assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles.
    • Develops and maintains personal relationships with the technical customer base and provides technical support.
    • May maintain job schedules and liaise with customers on technical issues including performance review and process improvements to better support the needs of the customer.
    • May work with the local Business Development personnel to insure customers are kept current on technology.
    • May initiate, review, and close Correction, Prevention Improvement (CPI) pertaining to Technology.

    Qualifications

    • Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Control & Automation, or related Engineering degree.
    • Skills acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Physics, Geology, or Math.
    • Certification as an Engineer-in-training is desirable.
    • This is the entry level position for this discipline.
    • English proficiency level.

    Subsea Reservoir Evaluation Engineer, Sr

    Job Duties

    • Act as the primary technical point of contact between the local Halliburton team, the client, and Optime HQ in Norway;
    • Capture local operational and customer requirements and translate them into clear technical inputs for the Optime engineering team;
    • Ensure correct integration of information into the V-model development process, from early requirements through design reviews;
    • Provide ongoing technical support to the local team throughout the project lifecycle;
    • Ensure smooth flow of technical information between HQ and the local team, preventing gaps or misalignment;
    • Participate in technical reviews, design review meetings, and customer discussions as the local technical representative;
    • Maintain accurate records of technical exchanges, decisions, and open items across all interfaces;
    • Support eFAT, SIT, and commissioning activities with technical input and documentation;
    • In the initial project phase, act as Project Manager, coordinating activities, tracking milestones, and ensuring stakeholder alignment until dedicated PM capacity is in place.

    Qualifications

    • Engineering diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Control & Automation;
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in subsea operations or subsea engineering;
    • Experience in well completion, RLWI (Riserless Light Well Intervention), and downhole operations is an advantage;
    • Familiarity with subsea control systems and their operational and technical requirements;
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation, including hydraulic and electrical schematics;
    • Project management capability, including coordination of activities, timelines, and stakeholders;
    • Strong ability to act as a technical bridge between commercial, operational, and engineering teams;
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content for both technical and non-technical audiences;
    • Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple technical interfaces simultaneously;
    • Advanced English proficiency.
