    Strategy & Operations Lead

    Role Overview

    • The Strategy & Operations Lead will sit at the centre of Strivo Labs — driving operational precision, project performance, and commercial impact.
    • This role combines strategic execution, client success leadership, and operational intelligence.
    • You’ll partner with the CEO to design and implement systems that not only keep the company running smoothly but also accelerate client acquisition, retention, and delivery efficiency.
    • You are the bridge between vision and execution — ensuring that every client project, team process, and internal decision moves Strivo Labs closer to growth targets.

    Core Responsibilities
    Client Growth & Delivery Performance:

    • Oversee delivery of client projects in digital transformation, automation, and talent management — ensuring outcomes drive renewals and referrals.
    • Build and maintain a unified delivery tracker for all client engagements with performance metrics and ROI.
    • Ensure 95%+ on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the CEO and Business Development team to turn successful projects into case studies, upsells, and testimonials.
    • Support client acquisition with operational insights (capacity forecasting, cost modelling, proposal input).
    • Lead post-project reviews to measure business impact and client success outcomes.

    Strategy & Growth Execution:

    • Translate company goals into quarterly OKRs, dashboards, and measurable deliverables.
    • Track performance against revenue and growth targets across all verticals.
    • Conduct strategic analysis on pricing, efficiency, and profitability per client.
    • Identify and execute initiatives to improve client lifetime value and conversion efficiency.
    • Support expansion of Strivo’s talent programs (Lifted) and automation services with scalable delivery systems.

    Operational Excellence & Systems Design:

    • Build and document the Strivo Operating Framework — end-to-end workflows for client onboarding, delivery, and reporting.
    • Streamline handoffs between sales, delivery, and client management teams.
    • Implement digital tools and automations (Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Power BI) to enhance visibility and speed.
    • Track utilisation, delivery timelines, and margins across all client projects.
    • Design KPI dashboards that make decision-making faster and data-driven.

    Team Enablement & Leadership:

    • Create clarity and accountability for all project leads and departments.
    • Run weekly performance reviews and align teams around key deliverables.
    • Build a performance-driven culture that values precision, ownership, and continuous improvement.
    • Partner with HR (Lifted) to ensure the right talent is deployed efficiently across projects.

    Executive Partner to the CEO

    • Serve as the CEO’s right hand for strategic initiatives, investor updates, and operational insight.
    • Prepare data-backed performance reports and recommendations for decision-making.
    • Anticipate operational and client challenges before they escalate.
    • Drive special projects that accelerate Strivo’s positioning as Africa’s #1 execution partner.

    Skills & Experience

    • 6–10 years in strategy, operations, or consulting within a digital, tech, or professional services environment.
    • Strong commercial acumen — understands how delivery drives client retention, referrals, and profitability.
    • Proven ability to build systems and dashboards for operational visibility.
    • Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficient with workflow and analytics tools (Airtable, Notion, Power BI, Zapier, ClickUp, GSheets).
    • Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured thinker with a bias for action.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, talent, client services).

    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    About the Role

    • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial and strategic aspects of the company’s operations.
    • This role requires a highly analytical and business-oriented leader who can provide financial insights, guide long-term planning, and ensure fiscal integrity across the organization.
    • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial leadership, risk management, and driving growth through sound financial strategies.

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Strategy & Leadership:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
    • Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities.
    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.

    Financial Operations & Control:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
    • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA) required.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
    • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, and compliance.
    • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Experience in [industry name, e.g., technology, manufacturing, financial services] is an advantage.

    Software Developer

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a skilled and motivated C# Developer to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong experience building, maintaining, and optimizing applications using the .NETCore framework.
    • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NETCore, and related technologies.
    • Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
    • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Develop APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integrate with internal and third-party services.
    • Maintain and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

    • Understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and performance tuning.
    • Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git).
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Blazor) is an advantage.

    Preferred Skills:

    • 2–4 years experience in C#/.NET development.
    • Experience with animation libraries and micro-interactions (e.g., Framer Motion, Lottie).
    • Familiarity with user research methods and A/B testing.
    • Knowledge of design tokens and component-driven UI development (e.g., Storybook).
    • Experience working in fintech/e-commerce/enterprise SaaS would be an advantage
