    Storekeeper

    Job Descriptions

    • Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
    • Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
    • Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
    • Monitor periodic replacement levels for all inventory items to ensure proper levels.
    • Verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
    • Day to day check on the storage facilities of upkeep and hygiene.
    • Refuse acceptance of damaged, unaacceptable, or incorrect items.
    • Supervises responsibilities for different units of the warehouse operational performance in the area of safety, health and quality.
    • Ensure compliance to health and safety policies.
    • Supervise activities within the store and warehouse.
    • Coordinate workers assigned for daily task.
    • Daily compliance with work schedule.
    • Follow up processes at stages for receiving, storage and loading with the application of food safety rules, HACCP and good housekeeping.
    • Keeping work area clean and organised.
    • Adhere to guidelines concerning product quality and safety.
    • Provide operational report.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics and other related field.
    • Must have 2+ years of experience.
    • Analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Attention to details.
    • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word).

    Internal Control Officer

    Job Description

    • Reconciliation of stock at the front end.
    • Physically verification of supplies from suppliers of consumables and perishables materials to the farm estates.
    • Auditing of Product Transfer Note (PTN) in comparison with Product Movement Form (PMF).
    • Ensure monthly stock taking exercise at the farm estates.
    • Periodic tools, equipment and asset verification.
    • Reconciliation of farm stock and farm store items.
    • Review of daily farm reports for comparative analysis to ascertain shortages and excesses.
    • Provide Farm Material Usage Report (FMUR).
    • Assist to enforce and monitor compliance to agreed business processes and procedures as laid down by management. This will involve pre, during and post process/transaction reviews.
    • Provide internal surveillance oversight within the Organization.
    • Participate in special investigation team as and when necessary.
    • Ensure adherence to Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards and Company Policies.
    • Comply with company relevant policies and regulations.
    • Adhere to all company health & safety procedures.
    • Work alongside the Management team to achieve the best business performance.
    • Work with other field staff and veterinarian to continuously improve farm performance and bird welfare.
    • Ensure farm records are up to date with 100% accuracy of information recorded.
    • Ensure report any suspicious movement or strange occurrence within and around the farm.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or other related fields.
    • 3+ years of experience.
    • Analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Attention to details.
    • Leadership skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word).
