    Storekeeper

    Responsibilities

    • Handle storage and preservation of goods
    • Keep proper and updated store records
    • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • SSCE or OND qualification in any related field.
    • 1 - 2 years of work experience as a storekeeper in the food and hospitality industry.
    • Attentiveness and patience for customers.
    • Excellent presentation skills.

    Account Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Reconcile the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
    • Generate the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data.
    • Post of salary payable to KPI.
    • Monthly bank account reconciliation.
    • Calculation of Suppliers Withholding Tax and remittance.
    • Monthly VAT Nil return filling.
    • Maintain the Company's Account Details.
    • Management Account Report (Monthly).
    • Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
    • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
    • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
    • Preparation of salary schedule (staff payroll details)
    • Staff Payslip management.
    • Preparation and remit of PAYE and PENSION to the bank.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
    • 2 - 3 years work experience.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
    • Good use of accounting software.

    IT Personnel

    Job Description

    • Must be able to handle basic software and hardware problems e.g Printer, system and network connection.
    • Network and router administration
    • Any other IT related responsibilities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc / HND
    • At least 2 years experience as an IT Personnel

    • Visitation of hospitals and other health care sectors to generate business leads
    • Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets
    • Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
    • Developing and implementing strategic marketing goals
    • Drive sales and marketing activities
    • Handle promotions, sales plans prospecting and sales conversion.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Marketing or a related field.
    • 2 - 5 years of working experience
    • Good communication and analytical skills.
    • Great presentation, sales and marketing skills.

    Remuneration

    • N75,000 - N85,000 Monthly.
    • Commission on sales.
