    Store Officer

    Position Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Officer to manage and oversee our inventory, storage, and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient handling of stock, maintain accurate records, and support the smooth operation of our supply chain.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring they meet quality and quantity standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
    • Organize and store items in designated areas, ensuring proper stock rotation (e.g., FIFO method).
    • Coordinate the dispatch of goods to various departments or outlets as required.
    • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
    • Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering to prevent shortages.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the storage areas.
    • Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast inventory needs.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status and store activities.

    Qualifications

    • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-7 years experience in store keeping or inventory management, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Account Officer (Payable and Receivable)

    Position Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to manage and oversee our accounts payable and receivable operations. 
    • The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial transactions, maintain up-to-date records, and support the smooth operation of our finance department.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and manage all accounts payable and receivable transactions in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
    • Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring timely collection of payments.
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances, resolving any discrepancies.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
    • Monitor and manage cash flow, forecasting future financial positions.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3 - 7 years experience in accounts payable and receivable roles, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
