Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gift store and ensure smooth business performance.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, customer engagement, inventory coordination, and supporting business growth through effective management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their gift-selection journey, both in-store and online, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Coordinate and manage bulk orders for clients, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Create social media content and manage customer inquiries across multiple channels (in-person and social media).
• Manage store inventory, monitor stock levels, and update inventory records accordingly.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
• Support business growth initiatives and ensure operational standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Retail, Store Management, or Business Operations).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage operations, inventory, and client orders effectively.
• Experience handling social media communication or content creation is an added advantage.
• Must be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is highly important.

• Coordinate and manage bulk orders for clients, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery.
• Support business growth initiatives and operational improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist in creating social media content and managing customer inquiries across multiple channels (in-person and social media).

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail operations, store management, or business operations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and operational management skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, client orders, and daily workflows effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience handling social media communication or content creation is an added advantage.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is highly important.
