• As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for the maintenance, organizing and overall customer experience.
• This includes greeting and providing hospitality to customers, providing customers with great, friendly and courteous service.
• Provides customers with great and courteous service
• Provides customers with answers to their questions
• Registers customer sales on a cash register by scanning and itemizing purchases
• Helps in store maintenance by ensuring store is clean and Products are returned back to shelves.

Job Description

• As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Brand. This includes coordinating staff, monitoring staff, training staff, providing support for customers and handling company finances.
• Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
• Assign staff with tasks and responsibilities during shift
• Properly resolve problems that arrive following brand values
• Close and balance books at the end of shift
• Maintaining a positive working environment for staff
• Setting performance metrics for staff and ensuring those metrics are being met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin or related field
• 2 years of experience in as a Manager in a well established organization.
