    Stationery Stores Manager

    • Generate and analyze min-max planning report from EBS to identify stationery items that require replenishment 
    • Make purchase requisition for items that require replenishment using the I-procurement module of EBS 
    • Resolves branches complaints and problems related to stationery in a timely and professional manner 
    • Ensure adequate capturing of inventory into the system by reviewing captured entries. 
    • Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system 
    • Direct the store layout and design for stocking items 
    • Ensure preparation of monthly proof of stock account to Internal Control and Enhancement and Financial Control. 
    • Coordinate the disposal of obsolete stationery items 
    • Take appropriate stock of inventories on monthly basis and render returns to FINCON 
    • Produce daily report to ensure key critical areas of the sock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved 
    • Coordinate store operations, policies and procedures 
    • Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement 
    • Maintain adequate store supplies from contractors 
    • Perform on the spot stock checks 
    • Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure the subordinates also provide same level of service 
    • Review inventory reports e.g. quantity, type and value of materials 
    • Manage all store operational issues, to include store administrative duties, physical inventories 
    • Conduct regular store meetings with all store employees
    • Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures 
    • Ensure stock bin cards are regularly updated 
    • Maintain open dialogue with other management staff to coordinate activities and improve performance and productivity 
    • Ensuring the availability of stationery items 
    • Planning and supervision of distribution of stationery items 
    • Comply with the principles and policies in the information security handbook

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum Education: First degree (or equivalent) in any discipline

    MSC CR&S, ESG and Climate Change

    JOB SUMMARY

    Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to direct the Bank’s environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) matters. Conduct due diligence, monitor credit portfolios, provide technical advice and reporting towards the actualization of the ESG goals.

    DELIVERABLES

    • Design, develop, implement and monitor ESG plans, frameworks, projects and targets.
    • Provide guidance and advisory to internal stakeholders on sustainability initiatives, impacts, risks and opportunities. 
    • Conduct due diligence, assess and advice on internal operations, business risks in all business areas.
    • Review internal policies, procedures and standards to identify and close ESG performance gaps.
    • Strategic partnership and liaison with external stakeholders – local and foreign.
    • Monitor industry trends and advocate for change as appropriate.
    • Develop and track checklists to guide credit processes for compliance.
    • Coordinate  actions and audits to drive compliance with regulatory requirements.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • An advanced degree (at least Masters or equivalent) in engineering, environmental management, environmental sciences or relevant field.
    • 7-10 years relevant experience in working with private sector firms especially in the finance sector and across industry sectors (including infrastructure, agribusiness, and/or manufacturing)
    • Specialist knowledge of ESG issues including climate risk, responsible lending and investment; impact investing, ESG integration and implementation, sustainable and green finance, circular economy, corporate disclosure on environmental issues as well as the relevant standards and frameworks.
    • Understanding of ESG ratings and performance parameters and the Nigerian Sustainability Banking Principles.
    • ESG Analyst and ESG Investing Certifications are essential.
    • Project Management or Business Analysis professional certification(s) give added advantage.
    • Verbal and written business reporting and presentation.

    Head, Digital Marketing

    Duties & Responsibilities 

    • Responsible for the creation and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and provide guidance for the execution of strategies
    • Oversee the development, content management and optimal performance of websites and microsites for search engines to improve organic search rankings to top 3 across the Banks’ Group- FirstNominees, FBNInsurance Brokers, FirstBank UK, Sub Saharan Markets (Ghana, Guinea, Gambia, Sierra Leone, Senegal and DRC) 
    • Proactive to ensure all the digital marketing platforms are up to date with vulnerability checks, advanced plugin, 2FA status and regulatory requirements  
    • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including Illustrators, Web design and UX experts, Webmasters, Mobile and App DevOps, Data analysts, Content creators, SEO specialists, social media managers and Influencers 
    • Directly responsible for the management of all the social media platforms operated by the bank and direct oversight of all the social media platforms for FirstBank subsidiaries - FirstNominees, First Insurance Brokers, FirstBank UK, Sub Saharan Markets – Ghana, Guinea, Gambia, Sierra Leone, Senegal and DRC 
    • Develop and implement social selling, social media marketing and content marketing to drive UCG (user content generation) pull, increase followership, brand presence and engagement. 
    • Execute global best practice for influencer marketing and management leveraging trends, reach and target audience  
    • Responsible to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns - SEO, SEM, email, social media, programmatic, mobile, audio, video marketing
    • Champion personalization marketing leveraging data analysis and digital technology to deliver individualized messages and product offerings to current and prospective customers 
    • Oversee the management of online media advertising. Responsible for one-on-one engagements and negotiations with all the online media partners. Work closely with the Media & External Relations team for gate keeping and crisis management
    • Take the lead with research and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the company's strategies current and effective. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Responsible for quarterly, midyear and annual digital plan performance, reports and presentation to management
    • Drive collaboration by working closely with other departments, such as ISOD, IT, Legal, product development, SBUs, customer experience to ensure a cohesive marketing approach

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Education

    • Minimum of First degree in social sciences, humanity or relevant field. 
    • Certification by relevant Marketing bodies such as Digital Marketing Institute, EduPristine, Hootsuite Academy, AWS Certification
    • Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage or the relevant in Nigeria including School of Media and Communication, Orange Academy, Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) , National Institute of Marketing Nigeria (NIMN)

    Experience

    Senior Marketing Services Executive, Sponsorship, Partnerships, Events & Collaborations (Port-Harcourt Region)

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist with the development and implementation of the Bank’s and Group’s partnerships and corporate events  strategies;
    • Monitor developments in the sponsorship of corporate events by carrying out environmental scans to ensure that the Bank is abreast with all highly sensitive news/developments;
    • Provide analysis for all information gathered on sponsorship and events and make comments that will help management in decision making;
    • Develop engagement strategy, creative approach, implementation plan, and execution of the Bank’s and Group’s Corporate events, including day-of-event management;
    • Conceptualise, design, and create high-profile events that portray the Group and Bank in a positive light to media, public officials and other key stakeholders;
    • Coordinate staffing requirements, briefings, Retail Marketing Teams and Media colleagues to promote the Group’s and Bank’s event;
    • Provide strategic guidance, approach, consultation, budget, and creative direction for new corporate events, and other experiences;

    • Coordinate venue management and supervise elements of events outsourced to event managers, consultants and agencies;
    • Perform post-event evaluation; including data entry and analysis, and producing reports for event stakeholders;
    • Manage communications and promotional materials for Bank-owned and special events;
    • Maintain the security of all Information entrusted to staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook.

    MSC Internal Comms & Content Management

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plan, develop and disseminate all communications required to showcase the Bank’s online BrandShop –processes, procedures, updates, FAQs – as well as strategically market branded merchandise to staff in line with seasonal requirements (e.g. back-to-school, religious holidays, etc), encouraging staff to be worthy brand ambassadors.
    • Work with Procurement to plan and organize the procurement and distribution of branded merchandise beginning with a merchandise fair, negotiations, through final delivery and distribution.
    • Work with Brand Quality Assurance to maintain the brand quality of merchandise used bank wide to ensure consistency with the brand standards as well as ensure that professional conduct and standards are maintained in every transaction.
    • Manage merchandise support and logistics as required by subsidiaries within the Group.
    • Stakeholder management and engagement amongst several business units and resource functions who require corporate gifts and merchandise for various marketing purposes. 
    • Monitor the efficient deployment of the merchandise required to the users and deploy a seamless process of recharging expense accounts. Also manage the relationship with courier service providers to ensure prompt delivery.
    • Maintain and manage relationships with accredited vendors (over 100) to ensure timely delivery of orders in line with agreed terms and conditions and ensure that professional conduct and standards are maintained in every transaction.
    • Monitor global developments in merchandising by regular environmental scans to ensure the Bank is current with global trends.
    • 9.Coordinate and manage the back-office administration of the Brandshop Online & M&CC Stores on EBS applications. Manage, reconcile and resolve all ensuing issues from the Brandshop online & M&CC Stores on EBStransactions.
    • Manage and maintain regular stock of all merchandising items i.e. no stock-out and readily available.
    • Ensure that merchandising & warehousing is handled efficiently within the scope of Requests, Supply, Distribution and Auditing. (RSDA ).
    • Monitor & report proper inventory management of physical stock through monthly stock taking at the physical stores. Ensure the accuracy of information in respect of stocked or expected merchandise and availability.
    • Developing and creating awareness for the internal communications policies and protocols with special focus on Brandshop/ EBS and Merchandising operating procedures.
    • Stakeholder management and engagement amongst assigned business units and resource functions to achieve synergy in communications across the Group, to increase awareness and in-depth knowledge, promote cross-selling and achieve uptake in the Bank’s products among staff.
    • Plan, design content, design campaigns, schedule deployment of the Bank’s products, services and initiatives to facilitate engagement.
    • Effective channel management of the Bank’s internal communications tools that span across:
    • Applications: Adaptation of information on electronic platforms such as emails, screen savers, desktop background, ticker, etc. keeping in view the intrinsic reach, accessibility, space constraints and affinity for each channel
    • Touchpoints: Adaptation of information to physical touchpoints such as posters, elevators, walls,  buildings, branches, etc.

    Junior Marketing Services Executive, Stakeholder Management

    • Support in the development and execution of Marketing & Communication plans and budget for assigned SBUs as directed by/agreed with Marketing Services Coordinator/HOU
