Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced spa therapist to join our team
• As a spa therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa services to our clients, including massages, facials, and other body treatments.

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Spa Therapy, Aesthetics, or related fields
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Spa Therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Professional certification (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is desirable but not Compulsory.
• Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.) and contractual procedures.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, CCS Candy, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
•  Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records and processing transactions
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in Accounting or Finance
• 1st Class or Second-Class Upper (2:1) at minimum
• 1 - 4 years relevant work experience.
• Completed or in the process of completing the mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC).
• ATS or ICAN in view is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
