    Sous Chef

    Job Description

    • Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions.
    • Manage the provision of food to Food and Beverage outlets and taking action where necessary to ensure compliance with current legislation.
    • Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly.
    • Contribute to menu creation by responding and incorporating Guest feedback.
    • Ensure the consistent production of high quality food through all hotel food outlets.
    • Manage customer relations when necessary, in the absence of the Executive Chef.
    • Ensure resources support the business needs through the effective management of working rotations.
    • Support brand standards through the training and assessment of the Team.
    • Manage the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organized, motivated Team.
    • Control costs without compromising standards, improving gross profit margins and other departmental and financial targets.
    • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
    • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation.
    • Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.
    • Be environmentally aware.


    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification.
    • 2 - 5 years work experience.
    • Relevant qualifications for this role.
    • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
    • Ability multi-task and meet deadlines.
    • Strong supervisory skills.
    • A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required).
    • A creative approach to the production of food.
    • Positive attitude.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Ability to work on own or in teams.
    • Previous kitchen experience in similar role.
    • Passion for producing high quality food.
    • Knowledge of current food trends.

    Electrical Technician (NEMSA Certified)

    Job Description

    • Monitor the daily facility maintenance schedule and ensure that all routine, non-routine, inspection, emergency and any other type of job are accurately scheduled without any delay.
    • This includes all part replacements and installations.
    • Single out problematic electricity lines, highlighting the difficulties and attach recommended actions.
    • Follow up on required parts to ensure prompt repairs.
    • Highlight non-availability/delays in accordance.


    • OND / HND / B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Degree or equivalent.
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in maintenance service department in facility management
    • Good experience in Electricity, Electrical, Power Supply / Generators industry is a plus.

    • Perform diagnostic procedures using sonographic equipment
    • Obtain and record patient history
    • Spread a gel unto the part of the patient's body where waves will need to go
    • Use a transducer to study images of organs, tissues or blood flow inside the body
    • Examine abdomen, brest female reproductive system, prostate, heart and blood vessels
    • Identify normal and abnormal findings
    • Communicate with radiologists by providing progress reports on overall ultrasound activities.
    • Validate and report the results of tests performed.
    • Able to meet Turnaround time and conform with applicable quality and confidentiality requirements.
    • Attend to inquiries and troubleshoot complaints that may arise in course of operations.

    • Bachelor's of Medicine and Surgery Degree.
    • 2-3 years of experience with certification as a Sonologist
    • Valid and active medical license in Nigeria.

    • Ability to perform basic sonology guided interventional techniques.
    • Must have completed the mandatory NYSC
    • Proficiency in the use of Ultrasound scanners.
    • Must be computer literate and understand ethical standards.

    • Preparing examination rooms for patient examinations.
    • Positioning patients and equipment, explaining the procedures, and ensuring patients' comfort.
    • Performing diagnostic imaging to obtain clear, usable images.
    • Inserting commands and data into the computer to document and specify the scan sequences, and monitoring the video display to adjust the density or contrast.
    • Monitoring patients during examinations, ensuring their safety, and following procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.
    • Producing diagnostic images, reporting important information to the Physician, and updating patients' records.
    • Organizing the daily procedure schedules for emergencies and monitoring radiographic supplies.
    • Performing administrative tasks, such as answering technical questions, scheduling appointments, and offering pre-procedure advice.
    • Operate complex medical instruments such as MRIs, CT scanners, X-ray, ultrasound, and several other imaging devices.
    • Direct and supervise the activities of radiography assistants and trainee radiographers
    • Maintain proper records of patient details ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Follow up on patients after treatment to track the progress of recovery and ensure patients show no signs of radiation side effect.

    Requirements & Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree or Associate in Radiology
    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience working as a Radiographer.
    • A license to practice Radiography.
    • Good organizational, time management, and analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
    • The ability to lift heavy weights without assistance.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and compassion.
    • Good mathematical abilities and technical skills.
