    Solar Electrician

    Responsibilities

    • Carry out installation of solar PV systems, including electrical wiring, mounting of inverters and panels, testing, installation of main switches and other standard commercial and residential electrical work
    • Act as site team-leader during installations, ensuring efficient, safe and quality work with adherence to AMG’s high standard of installation, best practice aResponsibilitiesnd regulatory requirements
    • Conduct site visits to ensure all pre-installation requirements are met
    • Work directly with AMG staff, contractors, consultants and partners, providing pre/post-sales support, training and advice on solar PV design and installation requirements and standards
    • Monitor and assess quality of solar PV installations carried out by AMG Team installers and contractors, including regular desktop and on-site audits of installations
    • Identify (e.g. pick lists) products/components required for commercial projects
    • Remain up-to-date with requirements and best practice relating to solar PV design and installations and implement changes when necessary to ensure installations meet standards 
    • Manage after-sales service for all divisions of the business, including investigating and following up customer performance enquiries and installation warranty claims
    • Help develop documentation, manuals and best practice guidelines
    • Adhere to all OHS&W requirements.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Legal Research Analyst

    Responsibilities and Functions

    • Perform a wide variety of research field work preparation tasks i.e, make detailed observations, enter data in Excel format, assist in analysing data and collect supporting documents or literature from the internet and other sources for interpreting results.
    • Analyse internal processes and identify pot holes, area of improvement, conduct researches on industry trends, to aid management in making apt decisions and meeting organizations goals and objectives.
    • Provide distinctive support to the CEO in Academic researching, report/research writing and other related activities.
    • Provide legal advice and support for internal and external legal matters, activities and documents. Suit proof organization/CEO's documents, ensuring they align with legal ethics and policies.
    • Proper meeting minutes documentation, serve as middle man between external stakeholders and CEO, drafting of letters and preparation of reports/presentations.
    • Collect and maintain information (data and reports) in a well-organized manner to support analyses and for further dissemination.
    • Draft research reports and conduct relevant research of the organization’s projects.
    • Provide support through research for grant sourcing processes.
    • Develop and maintain relations with key stakeholders in order to build networks
    • Assist in the process of building collaboration with other partner institutions, maintain and update contact lists of research partners,stakeholders, and consultants, keep confidentiality of files on projects.
    • Contribute to the overall research process of preparing technical reports, summaries, protocols, as assigned by the management and/or Program staff.
    • Provide logistical support to staff in planning and organizing conferences, workshops and meetings and participate in relevant meetings.
    • Provide administrative support to the organisation and assist in daily operational functions

    Job Requirements

    • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Market research, Business Administration or any other related course
    • Minimum of 3years experience Post NYSC in Legal Research Analysis
    • Experience in applied research, data management/analytics will be an advantage
    • Strong legal background in organisational law and the legal system generally.
    • Rapt attention to detail, ability to take initiatives, communicate effectively both orally and written and possess strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to deal with people with tact and diplomacy
    • Ability to perform a variety of conceptual analyses required for the formulation, administration and evaluation of projects.
    • Promote and demonstrate ethical values.

    Solar Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • Identify and engage with potential customers through various means, including cold calling, referrals, networking, and attending industry events
    • Develop and maintain a database of leads and effectively prioritize them for sales outreach
    • Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available incentives or rebates
    • Explain the solar installation process, system components, and financing options to potential customers
    • Visit customers' locations to evaluate their energy needs, roof suitability, and sun exposure to determine the optimal solar system size and design
    • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create personalized solar energy proposals based on site assessments and customer preferences
    • Present proposals to customers, address their questions and concerns, and negotiate terms to secure contracts
    • Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall sales effectiveness
    • Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork and contracts for solar system installation, financing, and incentives
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and addressing any post-sale inquiries or concerns

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
    • 5 - 10 years proven experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, or a related industry
    • Familiarity with solar energy products, systems, and industry trends
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence potential customers
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets
    • bility to understand technical aspects of solar energy systems and convey this knowledge in a clear and accessible manner to customers
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
    • Any relevant sales certifications or licenses in the solar or renewable energy field (desired, but not mandatory)
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules and achieve sales goals
