    Software Testers

    The software testers should have the following desirable skills

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and performance expectations.
    • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance test plans and scripts.
    • Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze test results, and provide recommendations for optimizations.
    • Work closely with development teams to integrate performance testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
    • Conduct stress testing, load testing, and endurance testing to assess system reliability and scalability.
    • Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and scripts using tools such as JMeter and Gatling.
    • Carry out both manual and automated testing to ensure end-to-end test coverage.
    • Monitor and analyze application and infrastructure metrics during performance tests.
    • Participate in root cause analysis of performance issues and contribute to their resolution.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices, tools, and trends related to performance testing.
