Find new customers: Spend most of your time visiting estates, gated communities, commercial buildings, and facility management offices across Lagos to identify potential customers.
Meet clients and demonstrate the product: Visit property managers, developers, and facility teams to show them how Jarakey's software works and explain how it can improve their daily operations.
Plan your field visits: Organize your daily and weekly schedule to regularly visit target estates and business locations across your assigned territory.
Manage the sales process: Handle the entire sales journey—from the first meeting to closing the deal. Prepare quotations, discuss pricing, negotiate terms, and ensure subscription agreements are signed.
Support existing customers: Follow up with current clients to renew their subscriptions and identify opportunities to sell additional services or onboard more properties.
Keep accurate records: Update the CRM with details of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales progress to maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
Represent Jarakey: Attend industry events, estate meetings, property inspections, and networking opportunities to promote the Jarakey brand and generate new business.
Share market feedback: Report customer feedback, competitor activities, pricing trends, and market insights to the Sales Lead and Product Team to help improve the business.
Build strong relationships: Maintain regular contact with existing clients through site visits and follow-ups to ensure they are satisfied and continue using Jarakey's platform.
Qualifications
2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, real estate, property management, facilities management, or prop-tech.
Experience selling software or subscription-based (SaaS) products is an added advantage, including conducting product demonstrations and explaining technical solutions to non-technical clients.
Comfortable spending most of the workweek travelling across Lagos and meeting clients on-site.
Demonstrated ability to identify prospects, build relationships, and close sales through face-to-face engagement.
Good understanding of the Lagos real estate, estate management, or facility management industry is an advantage.
Ability to navigate Lagos efficiently and manage a structured schedule of client visits.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with the sales team.
Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for sales reporting and follow-up.
Compensation: ₦150-250,000 monthly salary + field allowance & uncapped commission
