Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, highly motivated, and digitally savvy Social Media & Marketing Intern to support the clinic's marketing and brand awareness initiatives.
• The successful candidate will assist in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms,promoting our health care services, and supporting marketing campaigns that enhance patient engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

• Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars.
• Create engaging and informative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare monthly social media performance reports.

Content Creation:

• Develop graphics, short videos, reels, infographics, and healthcare awareness content.
• Draft well written and engaging captions, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Support the creation of educational health campaigns aligned with the clinic's services and public health priorities.
• Ensure all content complies with healthcare marketing standards and organisational branding guidelines.

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
• Support patient engagement initiatives and community out reach programmes.
• Conduct market research on healthcare trends, competitors, and patient preferences.
• Help coordinate clinic events, health awareness campaigns, and promotional activities.

Brand Management

• Ensure consistency of the QLifebrand across all communication channels.
• Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Maintain an organised repository of marketing content and media assets.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website and social media analytics.
• Prepare regular reports highlighting campaign effectiveness and recommendations for improvement.
• Track growth in followers, engagement rates, website traffic, and lead generation activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva,CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
