Job Summary

• Design by Daisy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities on interior design and renovation project sites. The successful candidate will ensure that all installations and construction activities meet quality standards, align with technical drawings, and are completed within the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site activities of contractors, artisans, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved designs and technical drawings.
• Monitor project timelines and report potential delays to the Project Team Lead.
• Conduct quality inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment on-site.
• Manage the receipt and storage of project materials.
• Provide daily progress updates and site reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of site supervision experience in interior design, fit-out, or renovation projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Project Management certification (PMP or similar).
• Experience with high-end residential or commercial interior design projects.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Team Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of interior design projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed seamlessly—from planning and client engagement to site supervision and final delivery—while maintaining the highest standards of design quality.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing high-end residential or commercial interior design projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of interior design projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate designers, contractors, artisans, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve project challenges.
• Manage procurement and ensure materials and services are delivered according to project specifications.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in interior design, construction, or architectural projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience delivering high-end residential or luxury commercial interior projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com.
