    Service Management Executive

    Summary

    • We are seeking a Service Management Executive to join our team, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients and internal teams.
    • The role involves overseeing service performance, ensuring service quality, managing service delivery timelines, and addressing service-related issues in collaboration with relevant teams.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Continuously scan and monitor customer links to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Identify and report any performance issues or irregularities in service links.
    • Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Provide preliminary troubleshooting for service-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
    • Forward unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate department or channel for further resolution.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, service disruptions, and troubleshooting efforts.
    • Provide regular reports to the Head of Service Management or Team Lead, highlighting key issues, resolutions, and trends.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • HND / BSc Degree and professional qualification in relevant course
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar field
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage customer relations effectively.
    • Experience in service management or NOC is a plus.

    Project Manager / NOC Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager/NOC Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all documentation and reporting related to Hub Site Clearing Project across various states.
    • This role requires interfacing with field supervisors, maintaining accurate records per site, and ensuring timely communication of updates and escalations to relevant stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage site-level data and documentation across all states involved in the project.
    • Serve as the central point for receiving and verifying daily progress reports from Field Operations Service Supervisors.
    • Track project milestones and deliverables using standardized templates and formats.
    • Maintain an organized system of project documentation, including site status, photos, clearance records, and issue logs.
    • Flag delays or issues proactively and coordinate resolution strategies with the Technical and Field Operations teams.
    • Prepare weekly and ad-hoc status reports for both internal and client-facing review.
    • Work closely with the NOC team to ensure remote visibility and monitoring where applicable.
    • Enforce compliance with project processes, documentation standards, and timelines.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • B.Sc. / HND in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or technical operations (telecoms infrastructure experience is a plus).
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
    • Proven ability to manage documentation across multiple locations.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

    Field Operations Service Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a dependable and resourceful Field Operations Service Supervisor to act as our eyes on the ground in Abia, Benue, Ebonyi and Enugu for Hub Site Clearing Project.
    • The ideal candidate must be an indigene or well-established resident of the state, familiar with the terrain and capable of ensuring proper site-level execution and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise all site clearing activities in the assigned state, ensuring that project specifications are followed.
    • Provide daily updates (status, challenges, photos) to the Project Manager/NOC Coordinator.
    • Conduct pre-clearance assessments and post-clearance verifications for all sites.
    • Ensure timely mobilisation of local resources and resolve minor operational issues promptly.
    • Maintain safety and compliance standards on-site during all operations.
    • Escalate issues requiring intervention from the central team.
    • Liaise with community stakeholders where necessary to facilitate smooth operations.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • OND/HND/B.Sc. in any field (Technical background is an advantage).
    • Must be a confirmed indigene or long-term resident of the state.
    • 2–3 years of field operations experience, preferably in telecom or infrastructure projects.
    • Strong reporting and communication skills.
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Access to a smartphone and ability to capture site photos and documentation digitally.
