    Senior Supervisor (Fuel Operations)

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a competent Senior Supervisor will oversee day-to-day fuel operations for an Oil & Gas company, ensuring safe and efficient receipt, storage, transfer, and distribution of petroleum products across operational locations.
    • The role requires extensive experience in oil depots, terminals, offshore/onshore logistics, or downstream petroleum operations, with responsibility for supervising personnel, enforcing HSE compliance, managing inventory accuracy, coordinating operational activities, and maintaining uninterrupted fuel supply to business operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily fuel handling and distribution activities.
    • Coordinate operational teams to ensure uninterrupted fuel supply.
    • Monitor fuel inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
    • Review operational reports and recommend improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct operational inspections and audits.
    • Monitor contractor and third-party performance.
    • Coordinate emergency response during operational incidents.
    • Mentor and supervise supervisors and fuel handlers.
    • Prepare operational performance reports for management.
    • Support budget implementation and cost control initiatives.
    • Coordinate SAP transaction approvals where applicable.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5–8 years' experience in petroleum, logistics, terminal, or fuel operations.
    • Previous supervisory experience is required.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Knowledge of fuel depot operations.
    • Good understanding of HSE regulations.
    • SAP ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Data Analyst & Planner (Fuel Operations)

    Description

    • Our client is seeking a competent Data Analyst & Planner to support fuel operations within an oil and gas environment by analyzing operational data, monitoring fuel inventory, forecasting demand, and preparing performance reports for management decision-making.
    • The role requires experience in petroleum downstream operations, terminal/depot activities, or fuel supply chain management, with strong knowledge of SAP transactions, inventory reconciliation, consumption analysis, and operational planning in compliance with industry HSE standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and analyze fuel inventory levels across operational sites.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards.
    • Conduct fuel consumption analysis and variance reporting.
    • Develop forecasting models for fuel demand and replenishment planning.
    • Support budget preparation and monitor fuel expenditure against approved budgets.
    • Perform SAP transactions relating to inventory, procurement, and fuel movements.
    • Generate management reports and KPI dashboards.
    • Monitor stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize fuel distribution.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • 3–5 years' experience in fuel operations, inventory analysis, logistics, or supply chain planning.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Power BI, and SAP ERP.
    • Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of fuel inventory management systems is an advantage.
