• Responsible for enhancing our threat detection, incident response, and security operations

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources, including logs, network traffic, and security events.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and anomalies.
• Develop and implement machine learning models for anomaly detection, threat prediction, and user behavior analysis.
• Fine-tune models to improve accuracy and minimize false positives/negatives.
• Stay current with the latest machine learning techniques and apply them to enhance cybersecurity measures.
• Create interactive data visualizations and dashboards to present insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the incident response team to develop and improve real-time threat detection mechanisms.

• Communicate with staff about process changes in order to ensure that employees are fully knowledgeable about new procedures.
• Create reports detailing the results of process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on progress of process Improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Motivate employees to Improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Help promote the company’s culture that encourage top performance and high morale.
• Make Important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Review employee performance to ensure that they are adhering to new processes.
• Work with Lead, people operations and culture finance and head of operations to Identify opportunities for Improvement and Implement solutions.
• Send a weekly report to Lead, PO & C & Lead, Finance and operations on operational excellence.

Requirements
