    • Our client, a leading marine solutions and engineering services company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer (Key Account Manager) to drive growth, deepen client relationships, and lead technical-commercial engagements within the marine/seagoing vessel market.
    • This role is ideal for a driven, articulate, and technically grounded sales professional who understands the dynamics of ship owners, fleet managers, marine engineering operations, and vessel procurement teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and manage key client accounts across the marine/seagoing vessel space, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
    • Identify new business opportunities and lead end-to-end B2B sales processes—from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
    • Provide technical guidance and solutions to clients based on engineering expertise and deep understanding of marine systems.
    • Prepare high-quality sales proposals, tenders, presentations, and technical-commercial quotations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, or related fields).
    • 3 – 5 years proven B2B sales experience specifically in the marine, offshore, or seagoing vessel environment.
    • Strong understanding of marine equipment, vessel operations, and technical procurement processes.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and close complex technical sales deals.
    • Self-driven, strategic, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Willing to travel for client engagement, vessel visits, and offshore meetings when required.

    • Strong understanding of vessel operations, fleet management, and maritime technical workflows.
