We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the Project Management and Operational Design (PMOD) component of a transportation project. The selected candidate will provide strategic leadership, stakeholder coordination, and full accountability for PMOD deliverables.
What will you be doing?
Lead the PMOD team to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule and within budget
Act as the prime contact for co-financiers and EPCS consultants
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across public and private sectors
Supervise institutional strengthening and capacity building for staff
Ensure comprehensive progress reporting to all relevant authorities and financiers
What are we looking for?
MSc in Transport Planning, Business Development, or related field from an internationally recognized university
Minimum of 15 years' experience managing large-scale public transport utilities
Demonstrated experience with IFI-funded projects in developing countries is preferred
Exceptional project management skills and team leadership capabilities
We are looking for a Naval Architect to lead the design and construction supervision of ferries as part of a transformative water transport initiative. This is a high-impact role for a maritime expert passionate about sustainable vessel innovation and infrastructure development in emerging markets.
What will you be doing?
Define technical specifications and performance criteria for e-ferries
Prepare Detailed Engineering Designs (DED) and operational protocols
Assist in the shipyard and Classification Society selection
Oversee full construction supervision, equipment inspection, and FATs
Ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of high-quality vessels
Facilitate handover and certification processes
What are we looking for?
MSc in Naval Architecture from a globally recognised institution
Minimum 20 years’ experience in vessel design and construction supervision
Proven expertise in ferry design, with a preference for electric ferry projects
Familiarity with Classification Societies and certification processes
Experience working on IFI-funded projects in developing countries is highly desirable
