Job Summary
- The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives for public and private sector clients. The individual is responsible for stakeholder engagement, product visioning, agile team leadership, and aligning delivery with strategic business goals across multi-disciplinary teams.
As Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will be to:
Product Strategy & Management
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through MVP delivery, product launch, adoption, and continuous optimisation.
- Develop product strategies, roadmaps, success metrics, and value propositions aligned with client objectives and organisational priorities.
- Translate strategic business requirements into actionable product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
- Prioritise product features based on business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints.
Consulting & Client Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on digital transformation, product strategy, service design, and technology-enabled innovation.
- Facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, design thinking workshops, product demonstrations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Conduct business process assessments and recommend product-led solutions that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Advise clients on digital operating models, product governance, change adoption, and benefits realisation.
Delivery Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and QA specialists.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, retrospectives, and product governance.
- Effectively manage competing priorities, evolving client requirements, scope changes, and delivery risks while maintaining project objectives.
- Ensure product releases meet agreed quality standards, user expectations, security requirements, and regulatory compliance, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and other applicable global data protection regulations.
- Monitor delivery performance using KPIs, OKRs, product analytics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Business Development & Commercial Growth
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, client presentations, solution design, and competitive bids.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements through product enhancements and additional consulting services.
- Collaborate with Partners and Business Development teams to develop innovative digital offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, industry insights, case studies, and conference presentations.
Public Sector Digital Transformation
- Lead digital transformation initiatives within public and private sector .
- Apply knowledge of public sector governance, procurement environments, and service delivery frameworks when designing digital solutions.
- Ensure products align with public sector policy objectives, citizen experience, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements.
Leadership & Capability Development
- Mentor and coach Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Associates to strengthen product management capability across the practice.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive adoption of product management best practices, frameworks, and standards across client engagements and internal initiatives.
You’d be a good fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree (MBA or MSc) in Digital Transformation, Product Management, Technology Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PSPO, CSPO, PMP, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience leading multidisciplinary product delivery teams.
- Demonstrable consulting experience delivering digital transformation programmes for public and private sector organisations.
- Proven experience managing multiple products or client engagements simultaneously.
- Experience leading GovTech, civic-tech, digital government, or public sector transformation programmes is highly desirable.
- Experience managing product budgets, business cases, and commercial engagements is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software development practices.nts

The role pairs hands-on ownership of day-to-day finance operations with responsibility for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the systems, controls, and reporting that allow the firm to scale with discipline.

- The Head of Finance works closely with, and acts as a trusted advisor to, the Managing Partner on the financial health and commercial direction of the firm.
As The Head, Finance, your responsibilities will be to:
Strategic & Commercial Finance Partnership
- Act as a forward-looking finance partner to executive leadership, translating financial and operational data into insight that informs strategy, pricing, and growth decisions.
- Provide commercial decision support, including investment appraisal, scenario analysis, and business-case modelling, for new opportunities and major firm decisions.
- Help shape the firm's medium- and long-term financial strategy, including sustainability, profitability, and capital priorities.
- Anticipate issues and model options ahead of decisions, advising leadership proactively rather than reporting after the fact.
Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting, partnering with desk and department heads to build realistic, owned plans.
- Develop and maintain forward-looking financial models, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
- Track performance against budget, explain variances, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Establish the planning rhythm and financial discipline that supports a scaling, multi-desk professional services firm.
Reporting, Systems & Process Design
- Design, implement, and continuously improve management reporting, including performance dashboards that give leadership a clear and timely view of financial and commercial health.
- Build, document, and embed finance processes, workflows, and policies, and drive their consistent execution across the organisation.
- Identify and implement appropriate finance systems and tools, contributing to the firm's wider digital and operational improvement agenda.
- Ensure financial data is accurate, well-structured, and decision-ready.
Accounting, Tax & Statutory Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bookkeeping, and fixed-asset management.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Nigerian tax regulations, and all statutory reporting and filing requirements.
- Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions, and maintain strong relationships with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities.
- Uphold internal financial policies and governance frameworks.
Cash Flow, Treasury & Banking Relationships
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational and strategic needs.
- Build and manage banking relationships and oversee payments and foreign-exchange exposures.
- Monitor cash positions and ensure the firm maintains sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations and plans.
- Advise leadership on treasury matters and the efficient use of the firm's financial resources.
Internal Controls & Risk Management
- Design, implement, and maintain internal controls that safeguard the firm's assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
- Oversee procurement, insurance, and contract-related financial risk.
- Strengthen the firm's control environment as it grows.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, building capability and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Set clear standards and ways of working, and represent finance constructively across the firm.
You’d be a good fit if you:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Professional certification, ICAN (ACA) or ACCA, is required.
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a management role (consulting, advisory, or professional services background is strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated strategic mindset, with the ability to translate financial data into business insight for executive decision-making.
- Proven experience advising on investment decisions and building, negotiating, and managing banking relationships.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Nigerian tax regulations, and financial modelling.
- Proven experience in managing audits, compliance, and regulatory filings.
- Deep knowledge of accounting standards and financial management best practices.
- Proven ability to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Familiarity with project-based revenue models and donor/grant financial reporting is an advantage.
