    Senior Manager - Operations

    Job Summary

    • The Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth running of daily business operations in the Fintech or E - Payment sector. Must have sound knowledge of international remittances business, tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses, and monitoring production KPIs.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
    • Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
    • Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments
    • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
    • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
    • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
    • Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum B.SC/HND from a recognized institution
    • Must have relevant experience in International Remittance Business.
    • Must have a minimum of 6years experience as an Operations Lead in a Fintech or Top financial Services Firm.
    • Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager in a Mobile Money Platform or Financial Services Firm.
    • Good knowledge of operations management in a Financial Institution.
    • Experience with forecasting models
    • Experience with databases and project management software
    • The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets
    • Exceptional communication skills.

    Senior Manager - Consumer / Merchandizing (Business Development / Sales)

    Job Summary

    • A Senior Manager with vast experience in creating partnership and driving growth within the Fintech industry in terms of Consumer and Merchandizing and also delivers an outstanding client experience and good knowledge of consumer/merchandizing and international trade.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Qualification: B.Sc/HND from a recognized institution
    • 5-8 years of Experience in minimum of 2 years in the same capacity
    • Must have relevant experience in International Remittance Business.
    • Must have minimum 5years of experience in business development in a FINTECH or Top Financial Services Firm.

    Core Competencies:

    • Sound knowledge of Consumer and Merchandizing both locally and internationally and be in a position to set up business from scratch.
    • Excellent Analytical thinking, strong team players, problem solver, aggressive in marketing and able to lead teams.

    • A Senior Manager that has experience in driving growth for Fintech Sales, develop new, marketable and profitable products and develop strategy to upgrade Fintech to next level with notable achievements in Revenue Growth, Activation Metrics, Retention Metrics, Marketing Metrics, Revenue Concentration.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum qualification B.Sc / HND
    • 5 - 8 years of experience in minimum of 2 years in the same capacity
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics
    • Must have minimum of 5 years experience in a Fintech or Top Financial Services Firm.

    Core Competencies:

    • Knowledge of working in Infotech, App or Fintech will be required
    • Ability to have positive mindset in leading teams will be required
    • Aggressive, good communication skills, good business sense and a positive attitude to drive growth for Fintech Sales.
