 We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Senior iOS Engineer to join our growing mobile team. You will be working with our candid and collaborative team, where your knowledge and advice about application architecture and the newest mobile technologies will be highly appreciated. The code you write will need to be cleanly organised and of the highest quality. You’ll also help ensure solid application performance and an excellent user experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, backend, and compliance to ship high-impact features and solve real user problems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of our iOS app using Swift and related frameworks.
• Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application.
• Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Swift,UIKit and SwiftUI workflows and practices.
• Writing clean, readable, and testable code.
• Participate in testing, quality assurance and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle.
• Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to constantly innovate app functionality and design, deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions.
• Work with the backend team to intergrate APIs and ensure robust data handling.
• Participating in Stand up meetings with development team members to define technical approaches for established stories/designs
• Remain up to date with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding mobile apps.
• Communicate with users to understand their needs and experiences.

The ideal employee must have:

• 5+ years of mobile Development experience
• Strong proficiency in Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integrating backend services.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including architecture patterns like MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture.
• Experience with App Store deployment and managing app updates.
• Experience working in agile environments using Git, CI/CD tools, and code collaboration platforms like GitHub.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices for mobile applications (encryption, keychain, biometric authentication, etc.).
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or cross-border payment products is a strong advantage.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with blockchain technologies and crypto wallets.
• Experience with push notifications, in-app messaging, and real-time data streaming.
• Experience with analytics SDKs, A/B testing, and performance monitoring tools.
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth tech companyAbility to work with minimal supervision while meeting benchmarks.
• Team player with a knack for effective communication.
• Strong foundations in the principle of visual display of information.
• Prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.

 Join Busha as a Digital Marketing Manager and bring your passion for digital transformation and proven expertise in digital marketing to help drive our brand to new heights. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be leading online growth efforts across digital channels. In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll work cross-functionally with content, product, growth, design, and analytics teams to scale campaigns and optimise performance across digital touchpoints. This role requires a highly organised and strategic person who can drive engagement, gather insights, and contribute to Busha’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage digital ads across Google, Meta, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and programmatic platforms.
• Continuously optimise campaigns based on data, improving CTRs, CVRs, and ROAS.
• Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels (search, social, display, email, affiliates, etc.)
• Collaborate with the SEO and content team to ensure performance-focused content that supports search visibility and lead generation.
• Own campaign planning, execution, and optimisation with clear goals (CAC, ROI, ROAS, CPL, retention, etc.)
• Strategise and implement customer retention and user value maximisation plans, using CRM tools to optimise user journeys and engagement.
• Test new channels, tools, and campaign formats to explore untapped growth opportunities.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Track and analyse performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer and other brand-owned tools and dashboards.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, drawing actionable insights to inform strategy.

Candidate Must Have:

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing/performance marketing, preferably in a similar industry or a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing successful digital media campaigns and their impact.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite, Email Marketing, Hootsuite or other social media management tools.
• Expertise or above-average skill in Analytics, Reporting, and SEO.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and organisational abilities.
