    Senior Admin Officer

    Job Description

    • Supervise, and support the school’s administrative team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations,
    • Maintain an effective filing system, ensuring that all relevant forms are used accordingly and documented for processes.
    • Collaborate with other teams to provide timely response to inquiries from staff, parents and visitors.
    • Oversee the procurement and distribution of school uniforms, ensuring timely availability, accurate inventory management, and coordination with suppliers and parents.
    • Liaise with the Administrative Manager and the Head of School in organizing internal and external school events.
    • Liaise with the facilities department in ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the school environment, proper functioning and maintenance of school facilities and equipment as well as prompt procurement of requisitions and repair of faulty/ damaged tools or equipment.
    • Supervision of support staff in collaboration with the Facility department, ensuring duty posts are always manned and the environment is clean, safe and tidy at all times.
    • Develop and maintain statistical records and reports to support administrative planning, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Adminstration or related field
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in a British International School
    • Clear and effective communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
    • Suitability to work with children.

    Customer Service Officer

    Job Description

    • Attend to walk-in visitors promptly and appropriately. Supervise the daily operations of the customer service department
    • Ensure that enquiry, complaints, comments and feedback are dealt with/resolved in accordance with corporate policy and quality standards.
    • Answer all incoming calls within one minute of the first ring and redirect or take messages where necessary.
    • Attend all email enquiries promptly and escalate to the appropriate unit or staff where necessary.
    • To carry out general administrative duties including but not limited to photocopying, filing, emailing, store keeping and organizing.
    • To receive and confirm items purchased from vendors and delivered to the school.
    • To support the team in store keeping and inventory management relating to stationery, uniforms, office consumables and toiletries, etc.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is required.
    • Not less than 2 years in a British International School.
    • Proven experience in data analysis and administration.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PIVOT e.t.c
