Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Officer to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and hands-on experience using ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Supervise and support junior accounting staff.
• Utilize ERP systems for financial transactions and reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience.
• Previous leadership or team supervision experience.
• Proficiency in ERP software is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional accounting certification is an added advantage but not mandatory
