    Security Supervisor

    The Role

    • The Security Supervisor will manage and support the security personnel, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and efficiency across all shifts. The successful candidate will monitor site access, respond promptly to incidents, and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities. The role involves collaborating with management and facilities teams to uphold a safe and welcoming environment for everyone on site.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the daily duties of the security team.
    • Ensure consistent coverage and effective deployment of security staff across the premises.
    • Monitor CCTV systems, access points, and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorised entry or unsafe activity.
    • Respond swiftly and appropriately to security breaches, emergencies, and incidents.
    • Conduct regular inspections and ensure all security equipment is in proper working condition.
    • Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and records.
    • Liaise with school leadership, external security agencies, and emergency services when required.
    • Support the enforcement of the school’s policies on safety, access control, and visitor management.
    • Promote a culture of safety, respect, and professionalism within the security team.

    The Candidate

    We are looking for a reliable and proactive professional who:

    • Has a minimum of five years’ experience in security operations, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
    • Holds a valid security certification or licence (e.g. SIA Licence or equivalent).
    • Understands security systems, access control, and emergency response procedures.
    • Demonstrates strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
    • Remains calm and decisive under pressure.
    • Is physically fit and capable of performing patrol and incident response duties.
    • Acts with integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
    • Can work flexibly, including shifts, weekends, or evenings as required.

    Traffic Control Personnel

    The Role

    The Traffic Control Personnel will oversee entry and exit points, ensure traffic flow is smooth, and enforce the school’s parking and safety procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with the security team and school management to promote a culture of safety and respect among drivers and pedestrians.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Direct and manage the movement of vehicles and pedestrians during peak hours.
    • Ensure the safe crossing of pupils, parents, and staff at designated points.
    • Monitor parking areas and ensure vehicles are parked appropriately.
    • Enforce traffic safety rules within school premises.Report incidents, hazards, or unauthorised activities to the Security Supervisor or management.
    • Support emergency evacuation procedures when required.
    • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude when dealing with staff, parents, and visitors.
    • Assist with traffic signage and ensure visibility and safety equipment are in good condition.

    The Candidate

    We are looking for a responsible and alert individual who:

    • Has previous experience in traffic management, security, or a similar role (experience in a school setting is an advantage).

    Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher

    The Role

    • The SEN Teacher will plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to meet the individual learning needs of pupils with special educational needs. The successful candidate will assess pupils’ progress, implement appropriate interventions, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote each pupil’s development and well-being, ensuring alignment with the school’s vision for inclusion and excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of SEN pupils.
    • Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure targets are effectively implemented.
    • Assess and monitor pupils’ progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
    • Provide targeted interventions and utilise appropriate resources and assistive technologies.
    • Support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of pupils in collaboration with parents and support staff.
    • Work closely with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), class teachers, and external professionals to coordinate support and interventions.
    • Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports to parents and relevant stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of whole-school inclusion policies and initiatives.
    • Participate in continuous professional development to stay informed of best practices in SEN education.

    The Candidate

    We are looking for a dedicated and experienced teacher who:

    • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
    • Has at least three years of teaching experience, including supporting pupils with special educational needs.
    • Understands SEN frameworks, educational psychology principles, and inclusion strategies.
    • Can design and deliver differentiated and engaging lessons.
    • Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
    • Is compassionate, patient, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for helping every learner succeed.
    • Is confident using assistive tools and technology to enhance teaching and learning.
    • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
