    Secretary

    Job Description  

    • Use a variety of software packages (including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, CorelDraw and PowerPoint) to manage data and produce documents and presentations.
    • Deal with telephone and email enquiries
    • Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
    • Organise and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
    • Create and maintain filing and other office systems.
    • Keep diaries and arrange appointments.
    • Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas, and take minutes.
    • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
    • Order and maintain stationery and equipment.
    • Organise travel and accommodation for staff and other external contacts.
    • Arrange in-house and external events
    • Arrange training for staff members.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with minimum of 1 year work experience.

    Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Serving a range of customers by dealing with enquiries and identifying customer needs
    • Offering advice and recommending books, where appropriate
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current titles and changes in the market
    • Processing customer orders and book reservations
    • Selling from catalogue to customers
    • Negotiating prices with processing book deliveries and returns
    • Maintaining commercial awareness including identifying business and promotional opportunities
    • Helping with book events, including organizing talks, signing sessions and reading groups
    • Liaising with teachers and library staff on set texts in academic shops
    • Liaising with other external account holders, for example schools, councils and companies
    • Reviewing sales performance and meeting sales targets.

    Storekeeper

    Job Description  

    • The ideal person will receives and inspect all incoming materials.
    • Shall reconcile all materials ordered for with materials received in terms of quality and quantity.
    • Shall be responsible for the maintenance of the store ledger card,bin card and issuance of material receive note.
    • Shall adequately applied applicable stock management method to each store items.
    • Shall reconcile stock and discripancy regularly.
    • Shall be responsible for the issuance of items from store upon the receipt of approved store requisition note.
    • Maintaining accurate stock records using inventory management software in concert with physical count
    • Monitor Inventory levels and raise request for restocking on low inventory or alarm on surplus inventory
    • General housekeeping of the warehouse
    • Logistics management- packing, loading and offloading of goods
    • Stakeholders management and effective communication with in and across teams.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with minimum of 1 year work experience.  
    • The ideal candidate must reside within Oke-Ado, Challenge Axis in Ibadan.

    Assistant Storekeeper

    Job Description

    • Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
    • Keeping up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the warehouse
    • Responsible for packing,labeling, and returning supplies
    • Tracking, documenting, and resolving any discrepancies on received orders
    • Ensuring accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
    • Taking delivery of all incoming items and reconcile with purchase orders
    • Attending to any other work given by the Storekeeper
    • Answerable to the Storekeeper

    Production Assistant

    Job Description

    • Prepare materials in line with brief, style guidelines or publishing requirements.
    • You will also liaise and collaborate closely with other internal departments and external service providers to optimize working practices and facilitate the timely delivery of projects to quality standards.
    • Accurately check materials in a variety of formats and layout consistency.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with minimum of 1 year work experience.  
    • Practical experience in prints and production and must be computer literate
    • Proven project management experience, with the ability to multi task.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
    • Strong attention to details.
