• We are recruiting an experienced Investment Analyst (Lawyer) on behalf of our client in the Oil & Gas industry.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong legal expertise with sound investment analysis skills to support business growth, evaluate opportunities, and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and financial due diligence on potential investments.
• Review, draft, and negotiate investment-related contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advisory support on corporate and regulatory matters.
• Analyze market trends, financial data, and business performance.
• Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to support investment decisions.

Requirements

• LL.B and B.L Degree (Master’s Degree or professional certification is an advantage).
• 8 - 10 years of relevant experience within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
• Proven experience in investment analysis, legal advisory, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
