We are recruiting an experienced Investment Analyst (Lawyer) on behalf of our client in the Oil & Gas industry.
The ideal candidate will combine strong legal expertise with sound investment analysis skills to support business growth, evaluate opportunities, and manage risks.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal and financial due diligence on potential investments.
Review, draft, and negotiate investment-related contracts and agreements.
Provide legal advisory support on corporate and regulatory matters.
Analyze market trends, financial data, and business performance.
Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to support investment decisions.
Requirements
LL.B and B.L Degree (Master’s Degree or professional certification is an advantage).
8 - 10 years of relevant experience within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
Proven experience in investment analysis, legal advisory, or corporate finance.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
