    Sales Supervisor

    Responsibilities 

    • Ascertain that productivity and turnaround time on variations comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
    • As a secondary sales assistance to distributors, the Sales Team is responsible for monitoring control.
    • Members of the Sales Audit Processor team should be supported, trained, and mentored.
    • Reporting on competitor sales development activity vs. business sales development activities
    • Sales route layout and adherence are assessed by the sales team.
    • Validation of internal company schemes and/or sales promotional reach on the ground Validation and analysis of sales team spending
    • Validation of distributors for accounting statement signoff
    • Resolve questions from retail store management about sales audits.
    • Sales refunds, voids, and tax-exempt sales should all be investigated.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline is preferable.
    • 3 - 5 years of sales/audit experience in an FMCG context is required.
    • Microsoft Office Expertise
    • Strong communication skills are required, as well as the ability to create and sustain a culture of trust and respect.

    Remuneration
    N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.

    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Follows all company rules, processes, and business ethics codes, ensuring that they are communicated and executed throughout the team.

    The following responsibilities are measurable in terms of time, cost, quality, or quantity:
    Sales Methodology:

    • Prepare a sales plan that includes a road map for achieving the specified business objectives by identifying and exploiting new business possibilities, as well as profit responsibilities.

    Day-to-day Management:

    • To visit customers on a frequent basis for sales, business development, and to assist customers with various initiatives and opportunities to increase sales.
    • To gain a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of key customers.
    • To handle customer complaints and follow up with the technical team for solutions, as well as to analyze and support various customer trials.
    • To maintain a smooth flow of engagement and transaction by coordinating with internal and external partners at the appropriate levels.
    • Continuously track projects in order to assess market potential for key items and expand the consumer base through detailed research.

    Relationship with Customer:

    • Ensure that the customer does not turn to competitors, build confidence and comfort with them.
    • Continually propose solutions that suit the customer's goals in order to strengthen the relationship.

    Sales Targets:

    • Ensure that sales targets are met for assigned products, regions, and key accounts by managing an efficient sales strategy and following up to ensure that sales operational plans are met.
    • To create a database for all major accounts and to prepare and update customer profiles on a regular basis.
    • To evaluate numerous information tools, find business prospects, and locate bottleneck locations in order to boost sales volume, market share, and profitability even more.

    Budget:

    • Prepare and approve a sales budget, as well as track financial performance against the budget to ensure that the firm is on track.
    • Reporting:
    • To guarantee that all applicable reports are accurate and meet the functional requirements, norms, and standards, all reports must be prepared on time
    • Other related duties or assignments will be assigned as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 5 years post NYSC field sales and Managerial experience with verifiable track record of achievements.

    Remuneration
    N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
