    Sales/Research Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Write and develop well-structured proposals to secure contracts, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
    • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Sales activities; Experience in B2B sales and corporate business development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and align proposals with client needs and organizational objectives.
    • Ensure proposals meet submission deadlines and adhere to required formats and guidelines.
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze data to generate actionable insights for business development and sales strategies.
    • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation based on research findings.
    • Work alongside sales team members by providing research-based insights and assisting in the development of targeted sales strategies.
    • Track and analyze the success rate of submitted proposals and sales efforts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role
    • Proven experience in research, proposal writing, or sales support roles.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
    • Experience in conducting industry-specific research and data analysis.
    • Familiarity with proposal management tools and techniques.

    Senior Accountant

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
    • Monitor budget-to-actual performance and provide recommendations for cost efficiencies
    • Perform regular audits to identify discrepancies and improve processes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging or related industries.
    • In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
    • Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
