Senior Accountant
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 4 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Monitor budget-to-actual performance and provide recommendations for cost efficiencies
- Perform regular audits to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
