    Sales Representatives (Vendor Listing)

    Job Description

    • The Sales Representative (Vendor Listing) is responsible for enlisting vendors and service providers across multiple sectors onto the Apps marketplace platform.
    • This role involves engaging and onboarding vendors, ensuring they understand the benefits of using the App for transactions, and driving marketplace engagement.
    • The Sales Representative will work closely with vendors to build relationships and help them grow their presence on Clannit, contributing to an active and thriving marketplace.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Vendor Engagement & Outreach: Identify, meet with, and onboard vendors in various sectors (food, drinks, fashion, services) to Clannit’s marketplace.
    • Vendor Onboarding: Guide vendors through the registration process, ensuring they understand how to use the platform for transactions and to engage with community users.
    • Marketplace Promotion: Promote the benefits of the Apps marketplace, highlighting how vendors can reach a wider audience within estate communities and increase their sales.
    • Vendor Support: Provide ongoing support to vendors, helping them optimize their use of the platform and addressing any challenges they may face.
    • Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with vendors to encourage continued use of the platform.
    • Reporting: Create a database, Track vendor engagement, onboarding success, and marketplace transactions, providing regular updates to the Head of Business Development.

    Job Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
    • Minimum two (2) years experience as a Sales Executive
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites
    • Ability to engage with vendors across different sectors.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Familiarity with marketplace platforms or e-commerce environments (preferred).
    • Ability to do some research and collate data
    • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

    Remuneration

    • Salary: 100,000/monthly net
    • Roving Allowance

    Sales Representative (Estates)

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Representative (Estates) will be responsible for driving the enlistment and onboarding of estates to Clannit's platform.
    • This role requires building relationships with estate decision-makers (estate managers, facility managers, or estate associations) to utilize Clannit's app for security access, payment solutions (estate dues and utilities), and community services such as hosting estate events and marketplace features.
    • The representative will play a key role in expanding the reach of Clannit within estates, ensuring seamless adoption and active usage of the app.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Estate Engagement & Outreach: Identify, meet with, and onboard decision-makers in estates to adopt Apps platform for security access and payment services.
    • Demonstrate App Features: Present and demonstrate Apps estate features, including security access, payment solutions, event hosting, and marketplace for estate users.
    • Facilitate App Onboarding: Guide estate managers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the platform.
    • Vendor Marketplace Development: Collaborate with estate managers to enlist verified vendors who provide services to estate residents and encourage transactions on the platform.
    • Reporting: Build Database, track engagement and success of estates onboarded and report progress

    Job Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
    • Minimum two (2) years experience as a Sales Executive
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites
    • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on target achievement.
    • Experience working with estate or facility management (preferred).
    • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

    Salary

    • Salary: N100,000 / monthly (net).
    • Roving allowance
    • Leave.
