    Sales Representative

    Major Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company revenue goals.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions base on clients needs
    • Achieve sales target and KPIs.
    • Manage end-to-end sales process

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the real Estate firm.
    • Basic knowledge of Sales cycle, identify opportunities, engage prospect and close deal to contribute to the company’s growth.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Proximity to Lekki Phase 2 is compulsory.

    Marketer

    Major Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that aligns with sales objectives and target audience.
    • Collaborate with sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goal.
    • Utilize your sales experience to identify and engage potential customers.
    • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer preferences and industry trends.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and recommendations for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Minimum qualification of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of sales experience.
    • Proven experience in Marketing with a strong background in sales.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills to asses marketing effectiveness.
    • Must be Tech savvy, smart, articulate and good looking.
