    • We are growing our team and are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative who can turn prospective families into enrolled Brint learners.
    • This is not simply a customer service role.
    • We are looking for someone who understands sales, persuasion, relationship-building and conversion and can confidently guide prospective parents through the decision-making process.
    • As a Sales Representative at Brint, you will be responsible for managing prospective clients from their initial enquiry through to successful enrolment.
    • You will speak with prospective parents, understand their needs, recommend the right Brint programmes, overcome objections, follow up consistently and ultimately close sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly and professionally to leads and prospective clients.
    • Contact prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, email and other approved communication channels.
    • Understand each family’s needs and recommend the most suitable Brint programmes or learning options.
    • Conduct sales conversations and confidently communicate the value of Brint’s offerings.
    • Convert qualified leads into paying clients and enrolled learners.
    • Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet made a decision.
    • Identify and overcome common sales objections around pricing, programme suitability, online learning, commitment and other concerns.
    • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process.
    • Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, conversions and lost opportunities using [CRM/platform].
    • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
    • Work closely with the Operations, Customer Experience and Academics teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Brint’s programmes and services where appropriate.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, pipeline and performance.
    • Track leads through the complete sales funnel and ensure no qualified prospect is unnecessarily lost.
    • Follow Brint’s sales processes, communication standards and customer experience guidelines.
    • Provide feedback to management on recurring objections, customer needs, market trends and opportunities for improving conversion.

    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Be persuasive without being pushy.
    • Be comfortable handling objections and negotiating with prospective clients.

    • Be comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
