    Sales Operations Analyst

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • We are looking for a data-driven, process-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to serve as the analytical engine of our revenue team.
    • While the Business Development team is focused on closing, you are focused on the mechanics of success.
    • You are the "Systems Architect" who ensures that every lead, proposal, and outreach effort is tracked, optimized, and converted.
    • Your role is to turn raw sales activity into strategic intelligence.
    • By mastering our CRM (Manatal), auditing outreach quality, and identifying bottlenecks in the sales cycle, you ensure that EISS hits its aggressive growth targets with mathematical precision. You are the guardian of Process Compliance, ensuring that the "Estrada Standard" is maintained across every digital touchpoint and client proposal.

    What You'll Do
    Pipeline & Conversion Intelligence:

    • Funnel Tracking: Monitor the end-to-end Lead Pipeline (Cold, Warm, Hot, Onboarded) to ensure maximum effectiveness and velocity.
    • Conversion Analysis: Track and report on critical ratios, including Leads-to-Meeting ratios and Proposal-to-Conversion rates.
    • Cycle Monitoring: Measure and analyze the Sales Cycle Length to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the client acquisition journey.

    Multi-channel Outreach Auditing:

    • Multi-Channel Quality Control: Monitor the response and conversion rates of Cold Emails, LinkedIn outreach, Social Media engagement, and Website leads.
    • Sales Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within the sales lifecycle to increase team productivity and reduce manual data entry.
    • Research Leadership: Produce 1 monthly Leads/Sales Research Report to guide the BD team toward high-ticket leads and untapped market sectors.

    CRM Management & Compliance:

    • CRM Adoption: Lead the full-scale adoption and data hygiene of the Sales CRM, ensuring all team interactions are logged with 100% precision.
    • Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular audits of sent proposals and outreach messages to ensure alignment with EISS brand standards and professional excellence.
    • Brand Advocacy: Act as a digital brand advocate, ensuring our sales materials and online presence reflect EISS’s market authority.

    Sales Enablement & Development:

    • Training Coordination: Organize and facilitate 1 monthly Sales Training session to upskill the team on new tools, sourcing hacks, or closing techniques.
    • Stakeholder Feedback: Maintain a continuous loop of Manager’s Feedback to refine sales operations and improve inter-departmental synergy.
    • Professional Stewardship: Take ownership of your professional and personal development to stay ahead of global sales operations trends.

    What We're Looking For
    Professional & Technical Strengths:

    • Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related Social Science field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales Operations, Data Analysis, or a structured B2B Sales support role.
    • Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRMs (Manatal/HubSpot/Salesforce) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data visualization.
    • Writing Skills: The ability to draft technically accurate and persuasive sales documentation.

    Leadership & Interpersonal Strengths:

    • Analytical Mindset: You look past the numbers to understand the "why" behind sales performance.
    • Extreme Organization: You find genuine satisfaction in clean data and perfectly mapped processes.
    • Resilience & Grit: You are comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment where precision is non-negotiable.

    Business Development Analyst

    Job Summary

    • As a BD Analyst, you are the engine of our growth—finding, engaging, and securing the partnerships that expand our impact across Africa.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • We are looking for high-octane Business Development Analysts who are masters of the "first touch." Whether you are a professional with deep roots in Energy, Financial Services, Logistics, FMCG, Hospitality, or Oil & Gas, or an emerging B2B professional with a hunger for B2B networking, your role is to open doors.
    • You will be responsible for the full top-of-funnel lifecycle: from cold calling and email outreach to representing EISS at major industry conferences and events. You don't just find leads; you build the bridge that turns a prospect into a long-term partner.

    What You'll Do
Core BD Operations (Junior & Senior):

    • High-Volume Outreach: Execute a "5:5:4" strategy (Cold Calls, Cold Emails, and Field Outreach) to maintain a warm pipeline.
    • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate partnership meetings between prospects and the BD leadership.
    • Event Representation: Attend conferences and networking events to generate high-value leads.
    • CRM Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in the CRM and pipeline database.

    The Specializations:

    • Junior BD Analyst: Focus on general B2B lead generation.
    • Senior BD Analyst: Focus on Contingency Solutions and leverage specialized experience in FMCG, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Logistics, or Financial Services to close complex deals

    What We're Looking For
    Professional & Technical Strengths:

    • Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in any discipline.
    • Context: For Industry Specialists, a degree related to their vertical (e.g., Engineering for Oil & Gas, or Finance for Financial Services) is an advantage.
    • Senior: 2-3 years in corporate sales within specialized sectors (FMCG, Energy, Fintech, etc.).
    • Junior: 1+ year in B2B sales with a solid understanding of cold calling and networking.
    • Skills: Expert-level proposal drafting and lead generation techniques.
    • Communication: Ability to hold professional conversations at all levels of a corporate hierarchy.
    • Organization: Impeccable pipeline management skills; you never let a lead go cold.

    Leadership & Interpersonal Strengths:

    • Persistence: You see a "no" as a "not yet" and have the grit to follow up effectively.
    • Resilience: Comfortable in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
    • Curiosity: A natural researcher who stays updated on industry trends and market shifts
