    Sales Officer (Tech Industry, VI)

    We are currently looking for a versatile, intelligent, and energetic sales officer who can drive and with passion for delivering outstanding service to join our professional and friendly team. This person will be responsible for providing passionate, charming, and attentive service delivery to all customers according to our service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction.

    • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
    • Source and work customer referrals
    • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
    • Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options
    • Promote specific products as directed by upper management
    • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
    • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
    • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
    • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
    • Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback

    Requirements 

    • Minimum of B.sc in relevant field
    • Minimum of 1-year experience in sales or marketing 
    • Ability to drive a vehicle 
    • Impeccable customer service skills
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
    • A motivated, driven attitude
    • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
    • Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
    • Expert in time management
    • Organized work ethic
    • Proven track record in a sales environment
    • Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

    Accounting Officer

    Our client is a SME located in Isolo Lagos, he sell raw materials to manufacturing companies and seeking to hire a part time account officer who will audit the company accounting process, and take stock of inventory  and report directly to the CEO on finding and recommendation 

    JD

    • The account officer will share best practices that promote operational efficiencies
    • and cost saving opportunities
    • Inspecting financial statements, sales book, requisition forms, daily expenditure to catch errors, misstatements and fraud
    • Take inventory of stock every month and cash count
    • Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance
    • Investigate specific issues regulatory bodies bring forward
    • Explain audit findings and recommend solutions

    Requirements 

    • Minimum of B.Sc in accounting 
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as an accountant 
    • Experience as an auditor is an added advantage

    Human Resources Officer (Tech Industry, Lagos)

    The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling.

    JD

    • Creates accurate job descriptions for all job roles in the organization
    • Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans.
    • Liaise with departmental managers in creating work schedules for their team members.
    • Ensures compliance with work schedules.
    • Monitors the weekly roster for all departments.
    • Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
    • Responsible for the welfare of all staff.
    • Monitor daily attendance of staff and investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
    • Provide basic counseling to staff that has performance related obstacles.
    • Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
    • Coordinates and implements annual leave plans for staff.
    • Ensure existing Human Resource Policies, Procedures and staff handbook is updated in line with statutory requirements, good practice.
    • Stays up to date with employment law and relevant codes of practice.
    • Ensure operational HR activities and processes are correctly followed and that the front line HR team provides accurate and timely advice and guidance to managers.
    • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
    • Provide advice and assistance to departmental managers on staff recruitment.
    • Provides advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
    • Creates documents and forms needed to conduct performance evaluations.
    • Ensure robust performance management systems are in place to ensure a culture of performance is embedded across the organization i.e. attendance, disciplinary, and capacity.

    Requirements 

    • B.Sc in a relevant field, with at 8 months to 1-year work experience in relevant field.
