    Sales Manager

    • We are seeking to hire a Sales Manager for Solar Solutions, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the promotion and sales of solar products including inverters, batteries, and solar panels for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
    • You will focus on achieving annual sales targets by developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell solar solutions (inverters, batteries, solar panels) to residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, working towards achieving annual sales targets.
    • Contact and visit customers, develop new client relationships, collect necessary customer information, and cultivate leads and business opportunities.
    • Lead the strategy and execution for business opportunities, coordinating with headquarters and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lead negotiations, and effectively engage with and influence decision-makers.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to understand competitor activities and industry trends.
    • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of photovoltaic systems, answer basic technical questions, and provide consultative marketing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Sales, or Business Management.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in the solar industry, either as a Sales Engineer or in a sales role.
    • Established customer network within the distributed photovoltaic market.
    • Proven experience and capability in team management.
    • Knowledgeable about photovoltaic systems and products.
    • Exceptional sales skills.
    • Ability to effectively explain plans and deliver presentations.
    • Proficiency in independently creating presentations.
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
    • Strong professional integrity, with a patient and steady approach.
    • Ability to monitor and analyze customer usage of products and provide insightful reports.

    Logistics Officer

    About the job

    • We are looking to recruit a Logistics Officer for our client in the Solar Industry. This role involves managing and overseeing all logistics operations, including the shipment and customs clearance of solar equipment, warehouse management, and coordinating deliveries. Additionally, this role entails monitoring financial transactions related to logistics, such as processing fixed payments, managing variable expenses, handling bank deposits, and assisting in budget oversight.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the shipment and customs clearance for goods imported to Nigeria, including preparing PI, purchasing insurance, applying for FORM M and PAAR, coordinating with freight forwarders, tracking customs clearance progress, and managing the movement of goods from ports to warehouses.
    • Manage warehouse and inventory operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory counting, ensuring consistency with financial records.
    • Ensure warehouse security and arrange insurance to protect stored goods.
    • Coordinate the delivery of goods to customers, monitor logistics progress, and confirm delivery receipt.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure the safekeeping of documents related to customs clearance, deliveries, and inventory management.
    • Utilize warehouse management systems such as WMS and SAP for efficient operations

    Requirements

    • A degree in Business Management or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
    • Knowledge and skills required:
    • Familiarity with water meter solutions
    • Strong sales skills
    • Ability to clearly explain plans and presentations to users
    • Ability to independently create professional presentations
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset
    • High level of integrity, patience, and reliability
    • Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing customer usage of products, with the ability to generate relationship reports
